What was the deal with Turner running over after the game and giving Hayward some nudges and touching his head? It seemed Hayward wanted nothing to do with it, so I assume ET was messing with him?
Don't know what that's about. Maybe they are friends and yeah Hayward didn't look like he was enjoying it, but he was probably still bummed because he missed that shot (ET ran to him like 3 seconds after he missed the shot)

I mean if they weren't friends you'd have to think Hayward gets ****** with him at least a little, right?

Paul George was saying that he's close with a lot of the 2010 draft class because of the work they put in. I wouldn't think it odd for them to be friends at all. Even if it was something more, he backed off when Hayward wasn't receptive to it.

Interested to see what comes of PG24's back. He didn't sound too upbeat about it in postgame interview, I thought. But just my read.
What'd he say? Was at the game so didn't see.

I read it the same way. PG said his back was tightening up as the game went along. I would guess that is why he didn't come out of the game after his fall.

We can't afford injuries now as the schedule gets a lot tougher now and the games come fast and furious

He said it got worse as the game went on. Obviously they want to get the top seed, but I'd think they'd be pretty cautious with it. If he plays tomorrow, it's nothing to worry about.

Obviously it is not ideal, but I would like to think ET could hold it down for a game or two if necessary. PG's a young guy, I think he'll be OK.

I'd rather PG sit out if he needs to so he isn't carrying some nagging injury into the playoffs when we need him most.

That is always the most important question. Will playing likely cause a more serious injury? Will it ever properly heal if he continues playing. Or can he play right through it and it will heal at the same rate regardless.

That is why Doctors get paid the big bucks to try and answer those questions

My guess is PG will have a severely bruised lower back, tailbone. May need a few days to let that thing heal up. However, I don't see it as a lingering issue, not at his age at least.

Helps to be around the cream of the crop trainers. I was 23 when I had a similiar fall and re-arranged my back. I've given up on trying to play any type of basketball, other than just shooting around. My biggest fear for him is that it will be a continual problem. Back issues are no joke.

At least he was wearing that padding on his mid-back.

Nice win, Turner has struggled on his free throws since coming here, but knocked down 2 big ones late
A little more arc on those FT's would make a world of difference.

He plays really hard at both ends so yes, it may have an effect. I just don't want to see him try any more windmills with defenders close by. You see what can happen.

I have not seen a single movie that is nominated for Best Picture. I don't know why I'm watching this.
You need to see Gravity! Awesome effects!
