    Good road win.

I saw the ending of the game.....i was surprised to see a Lance/Turner/PG24/West/Mahinmi lineup.

Frank rolled the dice on a big backcourt of Lance and Evan Turner late and it paid off. Defense down the stretch though is what won us the game after struggling for a big chunk of the game.

Enjoyed watching Evan, Lance and PG on the court down the stretch. Evans defense was very impressive first of all and then he caused the Celtics defense all kinds of trouble.

Wins on the road in March aren't always easy. We had 4 starters + Turner in double figures. Nothing to complain about.

At this point, those "scrubs" are going to throw their best at Indiana night in and night out. They got nothing to lose at this point.

Pg actually had 27 points. They gave his last layup to Evan for some reason.

I think this was the perfect game to try that big line up. If we were playing a better team, there is no way we win this with that line up. Turner was losing his man on Defense, and ball stopping on offense.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I'm wondering if you watched the game tonight. Wondering the last time Rondo had 3 threes. Celtics were pretty good tonight

I certainly disagree. He guarded rondo better than anyone else we had tonight, by far

I mentioned in the game thread, this was the 3rd time in his career he had 3 or more threes in a game.

I did, but when are we going to turn it up like Miami? When are we gonna get back to blowing out teams in the third? It's like our #1 excuse is "Every team is giving their best.." When are we gonna say "Even your best ain't good enough?"

So even though we have the league's best record against bad teams, the league's best record period, and we are winning at a franchise record pace...people still complain that we're not playing good enough.

I loved watching us try out our 3-wing lineup in the fourth quarter, and I loved that after letting Turner go 1 on 5 for like 5 straight plays we just ran a couple of plays for PG who scored easily to pull us out of reach. The Celtics played very well, I thought it was a very entertaining game.

I wonder if Turner will be on the court down the stretch once Hill returns?

If Turner can man up defensively, like he did tonight, then it gives us some huge advantages.

And then he hit that one that was a few tenths too late. That was a huge play. Those three points taken off the board seemed like about ten points

Don't let your love of Danny Granger cloud your judgement of Turner's play. Quite frankly, if we had Granger and not Turner tonight, we lose that game. Turner played well on both ends and was the offense when we needed it. He had a couple plays early on in the game on defense were he got lost, but in the second half, he was very solid. I was surprised at how well he did on Rondo

The Turner-Stephenson-George back court was interesting. Seems like something we can throw at teams for a different look, but it was very me first from all of them really. Which is to be expected with all their play styles.

Also, George Hill was GREATLY missed in the third quarter.

I agree, though he did lose Rondo down the stretch, luckily he missed the shot. Turner played Rondo well, though I still don't understand why PG or Lance wasn't on him. Turner did a good job, but down the stretch our best defenders need to be on their best players.

I'm excited to see how Turner will help us against the Heat defense. It will help to have another creative passer/ball handler outside Lance.

I will also say it's refreshing not to see multiple possessions with the second unit end with a shot clock violation or a last second heave from outer space because our guys are too timid to put up shots. Turner may not take the best shot 100% of the time but the guy's not scared to put the ball up. Yes please.

It really doesn't matter how much you beat bad teams by as long as you win. At all. Miami has a loss by 5 to Utah, 7 point wins vs. LA and boston, a 6 point win vs. Detroit, and a 1 point win vs. GS, all recently, it really doesn't matter much at all. I am interested in how we play vs. Good teams, as long we beat these guys it's meh.

I'm hoping that we're going to do it when it really matters. There is no point in doing that against a tanking team. We don't have something to prove against them. That's something that you normally do to another contending team.
