    Turner's defense hasn't been impressive
"We've got to be very clear about this. We don't want our players hanging around with murderers," said Larry Bird, Pacers president.

How much more Scola does Vogel need to see before he gives Copeland some burn?

I wouldn't say Lance has been much better tonight.

No, but he certainly hasn't been afraid to shoot.

Is it just me, or is what we expected from Granger in this rotation making Turner look a LOT quicker than he actually is.

Oh this fun narrative. Besides sentimental reasons, did anyone say that was a bad basketball deal?

That play for Turner for that mid range J is pretty similar to what he was getting run for him in Philadelphia.

Scola did not like Lance trying to muscle in for that rebound.
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

    Enjoy your time at PD!

Anybody else do the "NO NO NO YES" on that Ian shot?

Turner may have learnt the offence quickly but still lots of work still to do on D.

Agree Turner looks lost on defense more than anything. I'll chalk it up to being new, and whine about it in April.

From the small sample size I've seen, he seems to bite on fakes way too much. He over pursues, the guy he's defending changes direction, and Evan loses the defensive angle. Hopefully he's just being anxious and settles down.

I did not like Scola just throwing the ball away. Let Lance get the rebound if you are going to do that. Ha.

I think we all do that on every Ian shot that goes in.

True. But I like the fact that he's taking good shots from decent spots on the floor. Just don't encourage him to shoot the three.

He hits them at a decent clip as such, I don't mind that. Second group has been struggling lately.

Yeah, like what I'm seeing from Evan offensively.
