Nobody wants to play against Evan Turner, nobody.
There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

I pretty much stopped listening to anything Frank publicly says about his players after his introductory press conference. You can get more unbiased information listening to a Jay Carney presser.

The one thing I will say is, from everything I've heard, he is the exact same way with the players privately. So whether it's genuine or not, he really does make his players think that he believes in them. It's almost always way over the top, but that kind of confidence matters.

Payers coming here may seem to not fit in or play as well as they did before they came here because they aren't used to the slow it down, inside out offense Frank wants to play. PG has a complete green light and I think Lance has had also this ear. The rest of the players are required to play the system? Maybe not. If players come from a wide open, run and gun system to here they seem to get a little lost in the offense. Frank also seems to insist on players using a lot of energy on defense and some of the guys we have brought in are used to 'resting' on the defensive end.

Barbosa didn't struggle really. He won us two games in that playoffs series versus Miami. Attacking the basket. He just turned the ball over a lot. DJ was on a 1 year deal. Maybe he just didn't care as much? But he did hit some key shots for us in games last season. DJ has also been bounced around this season. Remember he was with the Raptors this season? Didn't do much for them. They waived him. He's now looking great in Chicago, but he's got a chip on his shoulder now. He's been with three teams in the last season and a half.

Different motivation. Scola was great at the start of the season, but his elbow is bothering him apparently. But also, he's not a quick-a-foot player. Teams are just getting up on him. Gerald Green I think flourishes in Phoenix because they play no defense. He has a lot of energy to expend at the offensive end when he is not playing that hard on the defensive end. He's also starting now because of Bledsoe's injury. He wasn't a starter here.
Great explanation. I'd just like to add that DJ Augustin is starting to come back down to earth. He had an 0 for 10 game against the Heat without Lebron and he's only shooting 36% from the field over the past 10 games.

Larry is not coming back, he didn't have a meeting with Orlando for not reason, yeah he is coming back to the NBA but not to the Pacers, the notion that he is a taking a year off and then come back is absurd.

I'm more excited to watch his debut tonight than anybody new we've had since David West.

I really think that Frank needs to open the offense for the second team, at least until Bynum is ready to play. The second unit plays much better when they are forcing the tempo and they bog down in the halfcourt.
