Hill had 0 points, 0 rebs but 1 assist.

Quite frankly, who cares, we got the W
"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

Pacers out rebounded by 12 against the worst team in the league. Haven't really been strong on the boards all year. Last year they were league best.

Think we're tired in the sense that last year we came on strong at the end and really had momentum. We may be able to get rolling at the right time again, but in terms of the #1 seed, we've really had to be on top of our game since day 1. That may make it harder to summon the energy to be peaking later in the season this time. We'll see.

The Bucks announcers are amazing. I'm convinced that the Mayo sandwich joke caused the rift in the replay-scoreboard continuum. Several Pacers players abused their matchups while Brevin Knight carried the Bucks on his shoulders until other contributors began hitting jumpers. "Adrien!" was a beast too.

Ian Report: He was robbed of an and-1 opportunity by the refs, but that didn't stop him from deleting the Greek Freak's dunk account multiple times and making a nice 3-4 from the line. Plus, he slowed B. Knight and Sessions on their drives a bit, while backing up most of his teammates' not great perimeter feet movement. Loses points for a couple of tough post ups by the long John Henson. 'A-'

    We're still #1 in Total Rebound Rate -> http://www.teamrankings.com/nba/stat...ing-percentage

    This game was an anomaly.

Just an FYI, the Pacers backed into the playoffs last year. Playing terribly.

We're tied for fourth with 45.4 rebounds per game, second in rebounding percentage at 52.4%, and second for opponent's offensive rebounding percentage at 22.8%. Your characterization for the game is true, but not for the season.

Edit: and Nuntius' RR stat as well. (I was on NBA.com for the #s.)

This game shows we need to bench a few pieces of our bench.

Allen should replace Scola when he plays Tuesday as first behind West. Scola is too much of a defensive liability. And he's not a shot blocker. LaVoy is. Copeland should back up PG. Instead of Butler. His long range shooting is a need off our bench.

Well Allen is gonna have to prove himself before they bench Scola for him. Zero chance of him getting a ton of minutes off the bat.

Yes, we lost our last three games to finish 17 over .500, but I mean the energy and focus - both mental and physical - that it takes to be a front runner. We were not operating on an overt goal of unseeding Miami for #1 seed last year. I'm talking about over long stretches of the season. This time last year we're only 12 or 13 over .500, so we've already eclipsed that by 6 or 7 wins. We did great damage last year between the end of Feb. and the end of the season, effectively arriving at 20 over .500 in the final month, only to drop the last three.

Good points. Questioning how much HCA means to us down the stretch with the depth on this team. MIA has to asking the same. Will MIA and IND battle it down to the end for a potential game 7 at home.

exclude MIA and Pacers would be resting with a few games left. I believe we need HCA but players could use the rest as well. Will be interesting to see how MIA plays it if these two teams are locked up with 10 to go.

Thank goodness for the win, but the Pacers still look like they have a ways to go as far as Title aspirations. Maybe they will pull it together.....who knows. How does a guy over 7 feet tall miss so many 2 ft. bunnies? Also, if Scola can't hit wide open mid rangers, what good is he? That's what he was brought here to do.

Roy and Scola both look frustrated. Hopefully this is about playing through slumps and not physical issues or something that becomes a mental block.

Besides George, West, and Lance, the Pacers were 8-33 from the field and scored 24 points.
"It's just unfortunate that we've been penalized so much this year and nothing has happened to the Pistons, the Palace or the city of Detroit," he said. "It's almost like it's always our fault. The league knows it. They should be ashamed of themselves to let the security be as lax as it is around here."

Great games from the big 3. It was nice to see Paul and Lance back on track.

George Hill going scoreless and reboundless isn't huge, but man, he played 31 minutes. How the hell do you play that long and get 0pts/0rebs/1ast?

I really appreciate Butler. He's been very solid and steady since he's been here. He's been one of the best end-of-bench guys we've ever had.

I love 'Sual like a Butler, but he did a bit of a Granger impression with his 3-10 (1-6 from three) shooting night. He started off well and was actually left in the game to finish the first half, but did not continue hitting. I think The Villain can still count on minutes off the bench.

Actually Roy carried the team for about the last 20 games where he was the only play to show up every night and play his butt off. I'm not really worried about Roy right now we just need to consistently get him the ball in the post every night which we haven't done. He's had some great games when we have but tonight just wasn't one of them. He's had more nights where no one would get him the ball when he was in position. I still feel confident that when the season winds down, Roy will be focused for the title.
