Default JO misses starting the All-Star game by 65,000 votes

If balloting had lasted a little longer, he'd have nudged ahead. In a week or two, he went from 250k behind to 100k behind shortly before balloting ended.

Oh well. This season has had so much ****, I can't care much about this.

I wish this was the biggest disappointment of the year.

With the Pacers luck this year, he would have broken something had he made it in the game.

    Dont Say That
Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.

As has been said, I'd just as soon no Pacers participate in ASW this year.

This doesn't mean he won't be there; the coaches will likely vote him on. So don't give up hope, he may yet get 1 extra chance to get hurt!

I hope he is selected but declines to go. Although if he is selected he'll prob. go to help with getting his good image back up.

I kinda hope he doesn't make it, because it would be better for him to get the rest and maybe come back with a chip on his shoulder. But this is very, very suspicious.

Only 65K votes? Hicks, if this were back in the IS days you and Shade could've made up a 65K vote difference in about an hour with your automouse program and a few PCs...

...........? Hill has been ahead in voting since Day 1. I'm not sure what is suspicious about it.
Crap, I just realized this was for the starters only. No big surprise, then.

i don't reall give a rat's backside about the all-star game but, if anything, the fans should not be able to vote for he starters. yao ming got the most votes EVER this year. yao is pretty good but, this is about being popular, not about how good you really are. anyhow, it wouldn't bother me the slightest if we never send another guy to a.sw. anymore- i don't care for the injury possibilites at all.
