I think if the T-Wolves could build a contending team around him, he'd consider staying, but so far, they've had so-so results. He's a Cali guy though, so it makes sense.

    Who cares
"So, which one of you guys is going to come in second?" - Larry Bird before the 3 point contest. He won.

You might start caring when he manhandles an aging D-West surrounded by a stronger Laker cast......

Does anyone else think Love is overrated? He puts up great stats, but it rarely translates to wins.

Now we are worried about how we match up against the Lakers in 2015? Good lord.

You didn't hear Adam Silver's first new rule? Each of the two games we play against the Lakers beginning in 2015 season counts as 5X the weight of any other normal regular season game. It's HUGE.

The back to back champion Pacers squaring off against the revamped Lakers in the 2016 Finals worries me greatly...

Nice article. Except for one thing. Love's current contract runs through the 2015/2016 season. So, it wouldn't seem that Love joining the Lakers in 2015 is exactly a "sure thing", now is it? I don't think ir really matters. By then Kobe will be done.

This is just click fodder put out by Bleacher Report. Lakers fans eat that **** up when national writers speculate that other teams superstars will eventually be Lakers.

I've been saying this for years. He can't play the type of defense needed to win. A guy that gets his level of numbers should be able to carry a team to atleast the 8th seed even out West, yet I don't think they have ever been above .500 for a season. I actually can't wait to see him in LA because I want to know for sure if he is that overated or if its just an issue of lack of Talent around him and not to mention coaches. Timberwolves have been built by Kahn, so its not like they have been well managed. They always seem to hire coaches who are well past their primes. Flip Saunders, Rick Adelman.....

When he joins LA there should be no shortage of Talent going there to play with him.

Nah Love would never leave a fun place like Minnesota right? Come on! Who doesn't love cold boring winters, and missing the playoffs every year!

Actually he is from Oregon, and only went to UCLA for college ball. It would be interesting to see what the Blazers would do if he were interested in returning home.
