Default Pacers / Knicks Postgame Thread: Utter Destruction

What a night. Every single player had a good game. What a dominating effort.

Can those of you who only post here after a poor performance maybe possibly find something that even you can say was good about tonight... If not then I vote to have your fan card revoked... Exceptional job tonight Pacer fans...

Sweet. This game puts us a solid 4 games ahead of Miami.

Yep. That's why Vogel left him out there.

I think that was Lance's national coming out party.

There was a brief, and very decisive, and altogether unprecedented, outburst of genuine officiating, and it was directed at the best player in the world, and that, my dear young person, simply is not done."

You know all those games where we won big while turning the ball over? And we said "Just imagine what we'd be like if we didn't turn the ball over?"

This is the answer. We look awesome. The Knicks are much-improved as of late, and they played solid ball. We were just that good.

Great game and I love to beat the Knicks like that.
In a perfect world, we win the title this year while the Knicks just miss the playoffs and get the miracle ping pong ball for the #1 pick which is of course given to Denver for the Melo trade, all while Melo bolts for L.A. and continues to lose.

If this team stays healthy, I honestly don't see anyone being able to beat us in a seven game series. The starters are otherworldly and our bench has gone from crippling to, easily, a net positive. Getting Granger back was huge.

When the Pacers have it rolling like that in both units, other teams would have to play a near perfect game just to stay close.

If our first and second unit play like this no one is going to beat us. Sure the Knicks stink. And last game the Kings were weak. But this team would not let the Knicks pretend to be a contender. They pulled the curtain on the wizard.

Danny on the block against Small wings is a must. He was forcing the Knicks to double. Lance with the second unit has given him a confidence that we are seeing against starters.

Out bench is probably good enough to make the playoffs in the East by itself now.

Nothing like completely dismantling an opponent.

Absolute exhilaration to do it to the Knicks.

Miami will be dismantled if we are able to play like this consistantly... Not that I believe it will happen, but if we string together 4 games like this... Even an engaged DWade would not keep Miami from getting swept...

Let's do Peck's grades for him.

Does any player who played tonight not get an A?

    PG and Lance are obvious.
West played a quiet night but had 3 rebounds, 4 assists, great defense, and scored 12 on 55% shooting. In a blowout win, that's an A.
Hill had a quiet night as well, but he didn't make any mistakes. Kept the rest of the team flowing. I'll give him an A.
Roy Hibbert missed that ridiculous bunny, but made up for it with the re-enactment of last year's epic block. I'm giving him an A.
    Scola? Shot 50%, scored 10 points, 7 rebounds, solid D. Easy A.
Danny Granger is working the post-up, the drive, and the spot-up shot. More importantly, he's passing and defending well. He had as many assists as Lance. A.
    Ian/Cope/Sloan/CJ/OJ/Sual? No complaints here.

Basically, if you walked away from this game with a single complaint, there's something wrong with you.

Funny thing is, on the fifth turnover late in the game the TV crew was trying to use that turnover to get back to their point about Bird saying turnovers will be their downfall...until one of them looked it up or was told by someone in their ear. Slight pause, "uh, well that was only their fifth turnover".

Our bench could be the 3 seed arguably.
