No, Lance just needed to catch the ball and he either has an easy lay-up or is fouled.
Disagree with that. We are just really mediocre at fast breaks unless Lance runs them. In that instance I would have liked Hill to either pass the ball to Danny on his right earlier or go to the basket himself.

It looks to me like PG is catching the ball standing still a lot more than usual. Then he tries to make something happen while the defense is ready. He is far more effective when he is moving when he catches it. Am I dreaming this?

We are much better than we were 2 seasons ago but we still need some work.

That was one of the most obvious "ball don't lie" situations in history

I'm pretty sure that his voice could be heard throughout the Rockies tonight.

You are not dreaming I don't think we are calling that many plays for PG anymore same with Lance.

Nice, we held them to just 36 pts after two quarters, hope that we can maintain this. Defense, defense!

You do have a point. Defenses have really caught up to the way that we're running PG off of screens and they are making his catches harder. PG does not have the space to pull up on the catch due to the extra defensive pressure so he has to create for himself more.

However, he is still getting the same mid-range pull-up looks as a PnR ball-handler. He is just missing them lately.

He did have that finger injury in the West Coast trip. Are we sure that he is 100% now?

Are you arguing that PG's poor play is the result of Vogel drawing up more plays for Granger instead?
