Thread: Playoffs: WC vs Chiefs

Alex freaking Smith is scrambling for first downs and completing shovel passes. This is worse than all the crap that used to go the Chargers' way when they beat us in the postseason.

The defenses back in the Manning era often at least played good enough to give the offense a chance. This D isn't even giving them a chance.

KC is playing perfect football. They've converted almost every third down. No turnovers. No penalties.

There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

Aside from when we used to whip up on the Broncos, I can't recall any other playoff games where somebody put up 30+ in the first half.

    Our defense is allowing that.

This defense should have to forfeit their paychecks. What a bunch of frauds.

CAn we stop saying this? This isn't Alex Smith from his first three years. He's a legit championship caliber quarterback at this point.

This defense is either great or horrible. There's no in-between.

The playoff defense is WAY worse than what Peyton had in his time here.

Luck has no shot with this unit on his side.

Yep he's so good he got replaced mid season by his old team.

Just sucks to lose like this. Close game is acceptable... this is a blowout.

Well, I need to get my house ready for Snowmageddon. Good season guys, looking forward to next year. With a healthy roster I think we're a legit Super Bowl team. Sucks that it had to end like this.

The Colts have struggled against rushing QBs all season. This is nothing new.

Oh yeah? So the absolutely atrocious D that can't tackle or cover to save its life hasn't anything to do with the Chiefs being up front?

We are making him look a Tom Brady/Michael Vick hybrid. He is good, but this is beyond unacceptable.

This defense has allowed more points in this half than they allowed in the last three games total.

Hopefully the pacers put a thorough beatdown on the pelicans tonight because this game is just downright awful

I don't disagree with this, but the poster was implying he is some sort of third rate scrub.

This is inevitably when sacks and picks start happening. Can't blame Luck. He's trying to make a play.
