So if Lance makes the Allstar game via Coaches Vote, can we seriously keep him with out trading Hill? I dont' think so .

Doubt Lance makes it to the All Star; too many other big names.

    Domination!

Lance has been playing really well. Finding some consistency I hope.

Awesome game by Lance. Wow. I think this might have been his best game so far. Not because he scored 26 but he did so many things.

As for ASG, Lance is as entertaining as they come but he will need to keep this up to even get a sniff at the all-star game this year. The fact he's probably better than half the all-stars doesn't mean anything.

Last year I loved watching this team and it was an exciting season, but wow I never thought we could up the ante as much as we have and are honestly turning into not just one of the most enjoyable teams to watch for a Pacer homer like myself but one of the most exciting teams in all of basketball to watch right now. Just the brand of basketball we've played the last 3 games has been absolutely amazing.

Nobody in the east remotely scares me except Miami. Atlanta and Detroit may put up fight but that's it. I think it's time to get over that hump down in South Beach. Pardon my french, but we need to beat the crap out of Miami in the playoffs.

Just as we overcame the New York Knicks in the 1990's, I think it's our year.

I don't think Lance will make the all star team but the likelihood that we could lose him increases with every good game he has. Larry just said a week ago that he's prepared to make him a fair offer but he has no problem in going another direction and I take him for his word. He won't just find a way to pay Lance an 8 figure salary. It's all undecided at this point though so I'm just going to enjoy this very special team this year.

I swear , sometimes I have to do a double take when watching Lance's handles , moves... his total game as a player .... He really reminds me ALOT of Jordan... as far as a few aspects of his game goes...

Not comparing (as in saying they are even remotely close lol) a HOF'er , and arguably one of the greatest NBA players to Lance..... I just see ALOT of MJ in Lance's game... You can tell that Lance probably stayed up till the wee hours out at night... at the park working on his Jordanesque moves as a kid .. lol

Plumlee reminds me of a young Dale Davis. Good rebounding and he contests shots well on defense and his offensive game is very raw just like DD's was coming out of college.

I know we've had a couple bad games and a couple tough losses. But aside from that we are one of the most dominant basketball teams I've ever seen thus far. Unreal.

Lance, over the last 7 games, has been playing Paul George level basketball. Just in a different way. He's that talented. He might be more talented than Paul. I know, blasphemy but he has my head spinning as he keeps getting better.

I'm interested to hear what Hoosier thinks about the Heat having to go to overtime at home to beat the Hawks.

If that happened to the Pacers, he wouldn't consider us a playoff team.

Go to a few threads before the season and you may find a few posts I made about Stephenson having more potential than Paul George.

    I am sticking to that.

I'm not there yet. I don't think Paul is done getting better either which is a frightening thought for other teams.

Lance, who is usually a good natured guy but can also be a canned quote, was in rare form tonight.

Did you all see that weird hand clap thing Lance did after an assist to (I believe Scola)? Hilarious. I really think his Lance moments are just spontaneous. LeBron probably practices his dance in front of a mirror for 6 hours. Lance just does Lance out there, when the opportunity allows.

    Hmmm.

    LANCE STEPHENSON

For his first few years in the NBA, Lance Stephenson was known more for givingLeBron James the choke sign than his play on the court. Stephenson has shown flashes of the player that was nicknamed “Born Ready” this season, however. He’s averaging 13.7 PPG, 5.2 RPG and 5.0 APG. More impressive is his 46 percent shooting from the field and 45 percent shooting from deep. These increased numbers can be attributed to the fact that Stephenson is playing a career-high 34 minutes per game, up from his 29 minutes per game last season. The Pacers are contenders in the East, but Stephenson is a pretender. One reason why? Danny Granger.

I love Lance but PG is playing at an MVP level and honestly it wouldn't surprise me if he gets even better over the next couple of years because he is just a relentless hard worker. Lance is also a relentless hard worker not trying to take anything away from him, but this comment is very bold it basically means you think Lance can be a top 5 player in the NBA since that currently is what PG is.

Again, I'm not saying he will get there, but based on potential yes. When I made those comments, my disclaimer was that I would bet my money on Paul George fulfilling his potential over Lance fulfilling his, but I do think Lance can be very, very special.

Lance has lottery pick talent, for sure. The reason he dropped was due to mental/maturity and off-court concerns, not his talent. He came to the best possible franchise short of possibly San Antonio to have this kind of a young career.

Let's just hope he realizes that this summer. Hopefully, the temptation to play in front of "all his family" 41 games a year will not win out.
