    Pacers lose.

Can someone explain to me how LeDecision putting his hands on the waist of PG24 in the air not count as a foul?

    Thoughts?

    Complain here.....

This is David West, he is the Honey Badger, West just doesn't give a *****....he's pretty bad *ss cuz he has no regard for any other Player or Team whatsoever.

Frank should have pulled Roy with his 4th foul.

Why is Frank calling such a complicated play when we only need a 2 to win? why give the ball to George Hill knowing that Hill was sucking? so many questions because I'm mad

Honestly, I don't what the hell they were thinking there. To me moments like that you go to either Paul or David first, then either Lance or Hill after that, but I sure don't start by running it through Hill. That was frustrating.

Yeah I don't get it is like Vogel wanted to over do it, I mean I understand a play like that if you need a 3 with 2 seconds left but they had 25 freaking seconds left why call that garbage? just give it to West,Hibbert,Paul George or even Lance.

I agree, down by 1 and they go with a GHill Drive to basket and jump out of bounds to swing the ball? Stupid play calling, should have run the play through David West, let him back Birdman down and draw the double team or go right into the lane and get the AND1. That possession is completely on Vogel.

Nothing complicated about the play. Probably every team in the league runs a version of that exact play. The Spurs probably run it more than any other team, multiple times a game. Pacers execution wasn't good enough that was the problem

It's a fine play, but the Heat were clearly ready for it. I would have loved to have seen us go to Roy and put him in a position where he could either take someone one on one or pass it out of a double team. Wouldn't have minded going to West either.

I don't think Roy was ready to be a primary option on offense late. He was looking stiff from sitting so long. West and PG were the correct late game options

Its a terrible play to run when you have to get a basket. Too much risk involved. Jumping out of bounds to make the pass. TJ Ford doesn't run this team anymore.

Well the play doesn't call for the player to jump out of bounds. I am talking about the play call which IMO is a good call, the execution of the play and the good defense by Lebron was the problem. It is a good play call, I have zero problems with it

I'm comfortable with Hill and West executing a pick and pop, but if Hill's going to be asked to dribble out there and then drive into traffic to look for a kick-out... I just don't have a lot of faith in him in that instance. Against Miami in general, he looks like a poor ballhandler and a poor passer, and it kinda makes me ill. I like the guy, but I wish I liked him more than I do.

I call it complicated because George Hill is the one that is running the play, I'm a George Hill fan but those kind of plays are not his thing you could see the TO coming from miles away.

To be honest, when I realized he wasn't giving up the ball I kinda expected the worst. He's just not the guy to be asking to dribble/drive against Miami.

Epic choke job. This team is fragile and soft. You have to finish in a hostile environment to be a champion.

The Pacers are not fragile and soft. But we did beat ourselves tonight.

The Pacers did not play a smart game. At times we were careless and I think that applied to both Roy and Paul. It was an important game because we need to have home court over these guys.

In any event, I've been posting here I think a decade now and just used the ignore function. I mean. Sorry but it's really nice. It's like popping a big ugly blackhead.

I'm sorry George Hill apologists. It would be nice to have a pg who could get our players open shots and not throw the ball away at the end of the game.
"We've got to be very clear about this. We don't want our players hanging around with murderers," said Larry Bird, Pacers president.

Bron Rules. Its the new old NBA. Used to be Jordan Rules. If you are those guys you can get away with anything.

You do realize the phrase Jordan rules, had nothing to do with the refs, officiating or anything of the kind. Jordan rules had everything to do with the way the Pistons used to defend him in the late 80's and early 90's

Well, that was a disappointing way to lose.

We had our chances to win the game. We just didn't get it done. The team battled hard throughout the game but the Heat crowd managed to elevate their team (much like our crowd does when we play them in Indiana). The Heat came up with big shots and took advantage of Roy's 5 fouls. We didn't match their big shots, unfortunately.

This is our first back-to-back losses of the season. Let's hope that we can rebound from it against the Rockets.
Tonight, all flags must burn, in place of steeples.
Autonomy must return into the hands of the people.

We are the better team. But the NBA is never going to let us win a series against the Miami heat.
