Well, except for wanting to dump him for a 2nd round pick, yeah, no one gets upset at Ian. Really, anyone expecting a max starter to play better on a nightly basis than a bench big is being a big nasty meanie.

PG didn't really play that poorly. Who cares how many points he scores. We didn't need his scoring tonight
We could have used his defense tonight.

It's all right. We got the win, and I have faith that PG will snap back next game. But he really wasn't very good in this one.

I was impressed with the Bobcats, honestly. They've really come a long way relatively quickly.

In other news, an overtime win for the Hawks puts them above .500! The East is getting better!

What? there is nobody more consistent this year than Paul George he is in the MVP talk for a reason,

Just don't. It's an off topic tangent

In all fairness, I think Paul jammed a couple of fingers tonight. I noticed the trainers working on his hand and later saw what almost looked like a splint from my angle on said hand.

If he continues to make 3 of every 5 like tonight he will.

I thought he looked pretty good.

And for the record, I don't think Charlotte is that good offensively. They shot 6% better than they usually do and 4% better than normal from 3 point land.

18% from 3 point shooter Ramon Sessions shot 82% above his average from behind the arc.

This was their attempt at the Chicago game.

They are not that good offensively. They have players that can create shots but they lack shooters. They are a work in progress offensively. They are a really good defensive squad, though.

Anyone notice Coach Vogel slowing letting Lance inititiate the offense at times. Maybe im watching the wrong game. One set Lance brought it up and quickly distributed down to Roy. Lance is a fantastic passer albeit very reckless at times,, if Lance continues to groom his game this team is very dangersous.

Allowing GHill to run off screens as a sg at times adds one more dimension Coach Vogel can exploit.

Lance is jeckyl and hyde though.. one game he looks like Magic then the next a 22 year old kid. 98 % he is just fun to watch and the other 2 % like that lazy flip behind his head careless pass where ya wanna just sit his a** on the bench.

This game was ugly. Jordan is stockpliling bigs.

    Up next. Detroit at home.

    Go Pacers!

Why are we talking about Danny in the Post Game thread. He wasn't involved.

Butler is my take away from this game. Just looking at the box score I like what I see. How did he look on defense? Besides the two blocks, did he get abused? Or did he hold his own?

    Certainly no worse than OJ/Solo.

@ScottAgness: Paul George’s right index finger, which he injured in the first game, is still fat. “It’s not a problem. I can still play through it.”

I saw him with something on his shoulder too.

He had issues in the second quarter when matched up against Ben Gordon. He had played several minutes in a row and appeared to be gassed. Ben Gordon was driving at will against him and that led to several Mahinmi fouls. He was noticeably better defensively in the 1st and 3rd quarters when he played alongside the starters. He was also fresher at those times.

Extremely impressed with the Bobcats. Really well coached, they play the right way. Tough to play them

Well coached except whatever the hell they were drawing up at the end of the game (but maybe on execution and not design). Every time the Pacers gave them a shot at the end, they pretty much did the dumbest thing possible. Credit to IND, but I was laughing at a few of the shots CHA ended up with.

Actually, I think we did......just like when Lance ( or anyone else ) doesn't show up for games on the offensive end from time to time....the games are much closer than it should have been.
