I'm at work until 10:00 so I can't watch the game. Reading this game thread, it would appear to be a one point game. Imagine my surprise when I checked the score.

I was thinking maybe Lance shouldn't dunk it, and then I was like, "No, totally do it."

This is very good news for the Magic Number thread.
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

Old Lebron was back for that 4th quarter.

    Brilliant.

I'm not sure I really understood what was going on with all of that?
In my understanding you can not tip the jump before it reaches it's apex. So a quick tip means the apex is much closer, giving the edge to quick Bosh and not the man giant Hibbert. A true jump ball is suppose to be falling into play, but refs throw crooked when it gets too high. It's one facet off the game I'd wish they'd tinker with but it's so seldom used they don't bother.

What it really means is that Ken Mauer tried his best to give to Bosh, and Bosh screwed it up anyways.

If I had more time, I'd go through this thread and sort it by commenter. A single post per person, with that post containing everything they said in the game thread.
