The poster "pacertom" since this forum began (and before!). I changed my name here to "Slick Pinkham" in honor of the imaginary player That Bobby "Slick" Leonard picked late in the 1971 ABA draft (true story!)
Damnit bench, are you kidding me?
SA hitting everything now.
It's never easy.
Solo is not an NBA player. Like at all
The thread you started is unfortunately right. We have two good bench players in Scola and Watson, who are certainly way better than anyone we had last year. But this bench just isn't good outside of those two guys.
I dont care what the bench did in the final minutes. WE. ****ING. DEMOLISHED. SAN. ANTONIO. IN. THEIR. BUILDING.
This road trip is officially a success.

I know nobody wants to play against Tyler Hansbrough, but I wouldn't want to play against Patty Mills either.
Orlando Johnson had a -20 in an 11 point win, DOH!!!
Take THAT Western conference snobs.

A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
Or throw in a first-round pick and flip it for a max-level point guard...
But but.... they played without Splitter in the 2nd half.../green
"It's just unfortunate that we've been penalized so much this year and nothing has happened to the Pistons, the Palace or the city of Detroit," he said. "It's almost like it's always our fault. The league knows it. They should be ashamed of themselves to let the security be as lax as it is around here."

Guess what we still won by 11. The Spurs bench was playing with energy, while we played contently, and made a few shots which made the game a bit closer which can happen in garbage time. Frank did the right thing, called a time out, got the bench focused, and from that point on they didn't get any closer.
Great win! I knew SA would drop 3's to try and catch up at the end. OKC will do the same tomorrow with Durant if we're up double digits against them in the 4th. I think when Danny comes back, we should make our bench unit...
^Good offense there. Ian and Scola can set screens to free up Cope. We also need a better back up center than Ian. The front office tried to get Robin Lopez in the off season but NO traded him to Portland. When the deadline comes, acquiring a new backup center should be only priority. Anybody specific in mind? I am not much up on backup centers around the NBA. But I'd like to have Andre Blatche maybe.
Pass on Cope. The wing rotation should just be Danny, Lance, and Paul, with OJ or Solo getting minutes if there is foul trouble. I want nothing to do with Cope at SF. He might occasionally come in and score 10 points in 2 minutes, but at the same time he will be giving up 6 points. When he isn't scoring those 10 points, he is still giving up 6 points.
not going to get my spot for the parade just yet. SA had not played since Monday. with that said.
if you told me the pacers were gonna go 81-1 I would suspect the loss would have been in SA.
Actually I saw the Knicks win and Cope defended Melo well on two possessions. He was about as all over him as you can get. He may not be great against off the dribble guys but he is pretty good man-to-man. You forget he's 6'10 or something so height alone he's a decent defender. I don't think he's that bad. Plus, a bench of Danny, Cope, and CJ. 3 balls all day. Stretch leads, and break teams.

I'm already starting to save money so I can buy tickets for the finals that's all I have to say
Or maybe just 2....
The last time I did this…was when I visited Indy for the Pacers first trip to the Semis against the Heat. I did the same exact thing and told her several months before the Pacers made it and told her that I'm going.
