Triple-doubles in basketball are like no-hitters (or hitting for the cycle) in baseball.

You do it once, people say "Gee, that's nice."
You do it twice, people say "Hey, that's pretty good."
You do it several times, people say "Wow."

it most closely resembles hitting for the cycle. Getting a single, double, triple and HR takes very different skill sets.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

    Division Champions 1955, 1956, 1988, 1989, 1990, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008
    Conference Champions 1955, 1956, 1988, 2005
    NBA Champions 1989, 1990, 2004

nope, not overrated IMO ... I WILL say though, that there HAVE been a few absolute BONEHEADS selfishly forcing their stats and looking stupid as hell while doing it...

I can't remember who it was off the top of my head, **but I am positive someone here will pipe in with the youtube** , but the player was purposely throwing up doodoo to get his own rebounds lmao... it was so blatant, that you'd have to beliterally blind to not see it...

Now let's see who was it?

    Bueuller?

    Bueuller?
    Anyone? lol
    Ricky Davis was my favorite.

But Andray Blatche was pretty good too.
