    Question Online Gamling in Indiana

Does anyone here who currently resides in Indiana have any experience with online gambling? I'm reading up on it via Google and I can't seem to find a straight answer. Some sites say it's legal; some say it's not. Have any of you actually gambled online while in Indiana, and have you been able to collect your winnings without any issues?

    Thanks.

Touchy subject for me lost a few grand on black friday (the online poker one). I will supposedly get that money back some day but I doubt it. It isn't illegal per say to the players, but the sites it is pretty illegal. Some sites still offer online play to US players. Carbon poker is the best site however it is nothing compared to Stars and Full Tilt.

I would just wait it should be regulated and legal within the next 5 years. However IN is a tough state(legislators don't want to legalize it) others like Illinois NJ and other will have leagl online poker within a few years.

Cardplayer.com is the best place to get news on legislation IMO here is the link. http://www.cardplayer.com/topics/1-poker-legislation
