What a weird game. We got outhustled and outrebounded by a visiting team with 9 players, yet led at the half for only the fourth time in 12 games. Roy Hibbert didn't have a block in the first half but ended with six on the night. Paul didn't break 20, but all 5 starters were in double digits. No Mahinmi.
Well, I'll take it. A win is a win, and Vogel supposedly said that he's experimenting with different looks. Presumably he'd have played differently if he was more worried about the opponent. Some of the combos were interesting, but I don't ever want to see Scola at 5 and Cope at 4. Scola/West can work together, or Roy/Cope. MAYBE West/Cope (but it wouldn't be high on my list). But Scola/Cope is a recipe for ugliness. Plus, when they're on the floor together I'm always getting them mixed up because I just watch for long hair.
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.
Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.
