Hungry Howie's was all over Kent\Akron\NE Ohio. I liked the ranch flavored crust.
I didn't care for it(I prefer it to Papa John's though) but I gotta prop them up for being the official Pizza of Kent State Athletics.
I used the PACERS90 promo code for Papa Johns yesterday. That is where you get a large pizza (up to 5 toppings I think) for $9 when the Pacers scored at least 90 points the previous day. I got a pepperoni with extra sauce and it was delicious. Everything was very fresh and tasty. It was as good as a mainstream chain pizza could be, IMO. Papa John's is brilliant with all of these sports promo codes. During Colts season, enter COLTS50 any day after a Colts win and you get 50% off of any order. Great deal.
The thing I don't like about Papa John's is I feel like they over do it on cheese and crust.
Over do it on cheese? Is that even possible? More cheese the better in my world.
I love cheese but dislike pizzas that are overly cheesy. I like the taste of the veggies and sauce and crust as well
I like pizza so much I couldn't even pick my favorite part. I like the sauce, cheese, and crust equally well. Only thing that can ruin a pizza for me are exotic toppings. No pineapple, anchovies, black olives, mexican stuff, BBQ sauce or even chicken on my pizza. And definitely no tomatoes or pickles. Papa John's...what are you thinking?
Gotcha. You should definitely take advantage of the PACERS90 promo sometime soon. I agree, I like my pizza kind of simple too. It's funny, I love trying all sorts of different foods and I don't think that there is an ethnic or exotic group of food that I don't like, but when it comes to pizza I like to just keep it simple. Pepperoni is all I need.
Nuntius was right for a while. I was wrong for a while. But ultimately I was right and Frank Vogel has been let go.
"A player who makes a team great is more valuable than a great player. Losing yourself in the group, for the good of the group, thatís teamwork."
I always do the extra sauce on Papa Johns, but I haven't done the light cheese option with it yet.

Mother Bear's Divine Swine.
Bloomington probably has the best pizza places I've ever been to. If you haven't had Mother Bear's, you haven't had pizza. (Aver's, Mad Mushroom, Pizza X, etc.)
Honorable Mention: Aver's Cream and Crimson.
"Alfredo sauce and cheese are blanketed with a layer of oven-roasted red potato seasoned with fresh garlic and dill. Topped off with bacon, cheddar, and creamy gorgonzola cheese."
Worst? Little Caesar's Hot-N-Ready. However, I will eat it if I have a five in my wallet and need something quick.
Anyone like HotBox pizza. I had a thin crust peperoni today that was really good. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce and not took greasy which gcan happen
I inly like their thin crust though
Not a fan of Hot box. I actually found it too cheesy for my taste
Not really a major chain, but there used to be a lot of Jack's Pizza in Indy. Had some tonight for the first time in a while. It tastes the same as when I was a kid. It's very underrated and I wish there were more of them around. (I'm posting this in the middle of the Pacers/Pistons game because it's hard to watch these guys right now).
