Highly unlikely it ever happens, but Roy would definitely be on the short list of NBA players most likely to pull it off. He's gotten the triple-double with points, rebounds, and blocks, and he has three career games of 7 assists. My guess is, the next time it happens, it comes from a guard with points, rebounds, assists, and steals.

The closest games since David Robinson's quadruple-double on February 17th, 1994:

    Clyde Drexler, November 1996: 25 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists, 10 steals
    Mookie Blaylock, April 1998: 14 points, 8 rebounds, 11 assists, 10 steals
    Chris Webber, February 1999: 25 points, 15 rebounds, 8 assists, 9 blocks
    Shaq, 2001 NBA Finals: 28 points, 20 rebounds, 9 assists, 8 blocks
    Ron Artest, March 2002: 24 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists, 8 steals
Tim Duncan, 2003 NBA Finals: 21 points, 20 rebounds, 10 assists, 8 blocks
    Andrei Kirilenko, March 2006: 15 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists, 8 blocks
    Rajon Rondo, March 2011: 6 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists, 8 steals

Some current players who could possibly pull it off...

    Rajon Rondo
    LeBron James
    Chris Paul
    Russell Westbrook
    Andre Iguodala
    Paul George
    Nicolas Batum
    Kyrie Irving
    Roy Hibbert
