Another dominant second half leading to another win as we are now at 6-0!!!!!!!!!

Second best start in franchise history!

Wow! Tonight really taught me a lesson. I was scared this was a trap game, and I was really down during the first half. I was sure the streak was over. They proved to me they are even more poised than last year, and have the confidence they can turn up the D and over-power anybody. Poor start, great finish.

PG willed us to a victory with his third quarter performance. That is what great leaders do

George Hill, 14 points, 4 boards, 2 assists in 20 minutes? Thank you, more please.

PG forced the issue offensively, especially early, but you can't be upset about 9 free throw attempts.

Also, Dwayne Casey gave up way too easily.

These are the types of games you need to always win if you want a high playoff seed.

Tomorrow will be tough the Nets had to play tonight on the road so they won't be any more rested.

Despite that, no Net played more minutes than Paul George. They seem to be taking their time to get in shape, either that or they were prioritising tomorrow's game. Hopefully George Hill will be fresh, and Lance will be healthy, enough to go. Going forward, I wonder if a European soccer style of rotation, resting certain starters in certain games, will help keep the team fresh. Popovich had rested his stars altogether before but I think the Indy bench is deep enough to cover for 1 starter at a time in selected games to keep them fresh for the playoffs. There are short term benefits as well as a fresh reserve might be more productive than a tired starter.

We are much younger than the spurs, I think rest isn't too much an issue when your stars are 23 years old man. And we keep playing like this they will be sitting out the last few games anyway

Keep the streak going. Roy was really good tonight. PG had a monster 3rd quarter but an awful 1st half on both ends. His D on Gay became better in the second half along the help he was getting from Roy in some instances. I think Hill looked pretty well on his return and another game where we got major contribution from Watson. Scola wasn't bad at all either.

I would say we played pretty poorly and still won. Thats a good sign. Hopefully play better tomorrow though.

Man that 1st half was brutal, even when only down by 2 at the half; I felt like we were getting worked.

Gay was hitting some crazy shots, but PG was letting him get too much separation by trying to go over the screen every time. PG gets caught on those high screens alot. Rudy Gay has alot of length and athleticism too so PG's is negated and he just isn't able to recover from those screens like he can with other players.

Hansbrough had a moment in the 2nd qtr I believe where get got the ball under the basket and got about 3 tries and missed them all. I said to my wife "that looks familiar!"

Great to be 6-0 but we need to bring more intensity and focus to the game tomorrow or we will get that 1st loss. Can't afford to have a pitiful 1st half against Brooklyn and think that we can just will ourselves back into it.

We looked horrible tonight, we have looked horrible a few times early in the year.

Are the Raptors tanking? They had it to, what, 10? Less? With 2 minutes to go. And they emptied the bench...

We didn't look good tonight and still won.

That's the sign of a good team.

It's so nice to have a b/u PF that can hit a mid-range jumpshot and find his team mates for asts. It seems Scola has hit more jumpshots and dished out more asts in 6 games than Tyler did all last season.

The pacers seem to have another gear.... Another Gear that rivals Miami. I love it, we are absolutely insane in the 3rd Qtr.. That is defense is like a anaconda grip.

Scola has 2dimes this season to Tyler's 1. Though it does seem like Scola should have way more. But that's how I feel about Lance, Lance should have way more assists, but teammates miss shots.

I get what you are saying though. Scola is a huge upgrade.
Lance + Starting SG = Awesome

    Now really free Lance!

Good win. The start of the 2nd quarter was huge. We closed the gap and killed their will after a rough first. I'm glad Stephenson is okay even though it was obviously a cramp or a bruise.

This is the payment for watching the bickering, feuding, selfish Pacers of not too long ago. Or the bad basketball preached by Jim O'Brien. The empty seats... the catcalls... the boos for our own team...

This version of the Pacers look like they are on the verge of something special... and all of that makes it even sweeter.
O'Brien has been fired! Yay! What took so long?

I was hoping it would pay off. Long live Travis Diener.
"We've got to be very clear about this. We don't want our players hanging around with murderers," said Larry Bird, Pacers president.

It doesn't look like Garnett and Pierce are fitting in yet with the Nets. Pierce only got 5 shots tonight in 27 minutes, I never thought I'd see him take that few.

There's only 1 ball basketball. I don't understand how that team functions. They have played well at times, but they just don't scare me. I think they have the names but the names are just too old at this point...and getting older.

I think putting Pierce, Williams and Johnson on the same team is like putting Melo and Iverson on the same team. Too many volume shooters just won't work together. Williams needs to change his game if this team has a chance of working and he could. Pierce can't really have a positive impact unless he gets his shots. So far it's dysfunctional and I like it.
