Oh, I'm not saying that I don't like Lance's swagger. I love it. I'm saying someone down the line is going to lay his *** out though.

Have you ever seen Boozer having a great game against a top team? Especially in the playoffs. Like carrying the team on his shoulders etc? Decent player but that's all imo

Did you know that the last time the Pacers started 5-0 (71-72) they won it all?

I'm saying the POTG is a tie between Scola and Watson. PG24, Hibbert, Lance and West will always do what they do....even more than normal....but BOTH Scola and Watson stepped up when their #s were called.

This is David West, he is the Honey Badger, West just doesn't give a *****....he's pretty bad *ss cuz he has no regard for any other Player or Team whatsoever.

Just wait until Scola and the rest of these guys get familiar with each other. He's going to be an absolute beast for us off of the bench.

Unhappy Re: Pacers/Bulls Postgame Thread 11/6/13

By the way... Someone needs to get Candace Buckner aligned with the program. In this morning's Star article, she predicted the Bulls would win this game 90-85.

Is she a closet Rose fan, or what? Hopefully after tonight's game, she is now a believer. If not, what is it going to take?

She's an objective writer. thats all. Pacers losing this game wouldn't have been a surprise. Second night of a back to back against a well rested Bulls team. Nothing wrong with a beat writer predicting a loss.

In this game, I give major kudos to Sloan. Every other player that stepped up, it is not surprising and can be expected. But Sloan? Very pleasant surprise.

I have been very pleased with Sloan. It's great to have a third string PG that seems to have a head for the game, plays steady (so far), and was able to really step up when needed.

Agness works on an NBA sideline. If a friggin lighter ruins his equipment he definitely need to upgrade. Get a Toughbook or something.

I really agree. Both him and Watson were huge tonight imo. Last year we don't win this game without George Hill imo.

Watching Rose panic with Paul guarding him is great to watch. Miami killed Chicago in the playoffs 3 years ago by putting Lebron on Rose.

Plus who knows what kind of lighter it was. Might not have been some Bic lighter. Could have been a metal Zippo or something.

Saw it on the espn broadcast. Looked like a run of the mill plastic lighter.

Well hell, let's not ruin this thing with objectivity. There's enough Kool-Aid to go around. Let her take a big sip and pass it along. Nearly all of us already have.
