Derrick Rose was right, the Bulls aren't a rival to the PAcers
"We've got to be very clear about this. We don't want our players hanging around with murderers," said Larry Bird, Pacers president.

He's probably still being a sore loser over how the 2013 playoffs ended. The Knicks thought it was their destiny to play Miami in the ECF's, but the Pacers completely massacred them. I really do think they are still hungover from that beat down we gave them. It zapped their confidence.

Pretty much Peck can't make his postgame thread until the Pacers lose
"It's just unfortunate that we've been penalized so much this year and nothing has happened to the Pistons, the Palace or the city of Detroit," he said. "It's almost like it's always our fault. The league knows it. They should be ashamed of themselves to let the security be as lax as it is around here."

Stephenson needs to be careful. He is setting himself up for taking some hits this year. He has kinda been flashing his arrogance in front of the other teams face.

Good luck changing that. The guy got assaulted and didn't give a ****. I hate the word, but it'd be impossible for Lance to play basketball without his Brooklyn swagger.

    I would guess it's a factor.
And there is another sizable benefit.
The second unit gets real minutes under fire to grow into their role and not feel like they're gonna get yanked if they struggle. Double confidence boost.
It's a gamble, but one I like. especially on a long week like this one.
    Starting to agree.

Guys. There are people on Chicago's SB Nation blog that are wondering if they should blow it up. I shouldn't take such glee in schadenfreude, but **** it, this is hilarious.
Kind of sounds like our board at times

This team is tough, but if he gives this team some edge. He's crazy, but it's a good crazy...have to like his fearlessness.

Yeah, fine with me, I dig it. It'll be interesting to see how it plays when he's like 32 lol, but I'm all for it right now. Hell, Utah considers Jamaal Tinsley a calming veteran influence so who the hell knows.

That's nothing comparing to some of their fanbase.

"What a pity that awful defensive minded (Pacers) team got through. We play the game the right way"

Where "right way" enter iso's of Melo and the thug.

Lance is crazy but got to have one of those guys on your team, not more than 1 though.

You can tell by the look on Quinn's face during the post-game show... he keeps shaking his head in disbelief... he is so hyped.

We should take care of Toronto at home on Friday. That game in Brooklyn on Saturday will be intense. We also host Memphis on Monday and travel to Chicago a week from this coming Saturday. You know they will be dying to beat us.

We have some huge games coming up over the next week and a half.

Is right. I mean he has been fouled hard and not only tonight and all he has done is not reacting to the provocative foul, moving away from the player and just flashing his ego. Nothing wrong with that.

Sollozo, we should not underestimate Toronto. Not because they are a great team and all but damn we lost twice at home against them last season.

You're right. It's just hard not to overlook it when I look at the upcoming schedule. You're definitely right though.
