Nothing more satisfying than beating los Toros. ˇBienvenido, Luis Scola!

I hate the Chicago Bulls team, I hate their fans, I hate their bias announcers, I hate that people picked them to win the Central over us when we CLEARLY are the better team. I HATE THEM. Thus it makes me SOOOOO happy to not just win but to BLOW THEM OUT OF THE WATER WEEEE GREAT WIN!!!!!!

I hate the terrible second quarters as much as the next guy, but I don't think we blow them out in the fourth without it.

Do you think getting extra rest in the second has allowed our starters to finish the fourth stronger?

    That was incredible.

You could tell Thibs was gameplanning for PG. Deng defends him really well, but I thought it just opened up the team game that much more. With Paul playing well but not dominating, everybody else had to step up. This wasn't the Paul George Show, it was the Indiana Pacers Show. Great defense at every position, 5 players in double digits, blowout win against a team that many analysts said would be better than the Pacers this year. Fantastic.

All 5 of our wins so far have felt like playoff games. If it goes like this all year long, I don't know how we'll handle it.

Great win, man this team is way better than I thought and I thought the team was going to be good, is like they have another gear, they were down and still found a way to come back and win it.

Actually, I thought their announcers were surprisingly decent tonight. Color guy was a little biased, but the play-by-play guy was pretty neutral.

Awesome. First time being put in Twitter Jail for the 2014 season.

Sneaky underrated turn of events: Ian sprained his ankle, leaving Roy out there for extra minutes. Had to help the D big time.

Really glad to see Lance pull through frustration. You are gonna have frustrating games, but you just have to play your game and not press.

There is no other team in the league that I take greater pleasure in seeing the Pacers beat than the Bulls' overrated asses. That team is so close team should be 0 - 4 minus a desperation heave from Rose against the Knicks.

    Quick thoughts:

    1. I'll start off on a whiney note. Man, NBA officiating is bad. That sequence with the tech on Hinrich (...) and the blocking foul on Hibbert was a complete joke. As was most of the game. Also, replays...

    2. I gave David West a hard time to start the season because he was basically following the Tyler Hansbrough plan on the boards, from midrange. But give the man credit. He turned it on. Have to think he and Scola really fed off each other today. PFs play like that, Pacers gonna be tough to stop, because of what it forces defenses into (or into conceding).

    3. PG24 and Hibbert looked tired, and outside of the 2nd quarter, still played well. PG24 was feeling it a little too much, arguably, but hey, he's allowed to. Like to see Hibbert more efficient at the rim, but that's nothing new.

    4. The improvement from Augustin/BHansbrough to Watson/Sloan is stunning. Just stunning. I think Sloan will get better, too. Still playing a bit raw.

    5. I like Orlando Johnson, but not the smartest player on the team, that's for sure.

    6. Refs hate Ian Mahinmi. Dude can't catch a break. I'm a Ian fan this year. Sorry to see him go out with an injury.

    7. I'm cool with Lance starting off cold as long as his solution to get himself back into it is to drive, not to launch from distance. He'll make something happen for someone, eventually, going to the rim. That's his best recipe to heat up. Rough game for him, but he never plays scared, and you gotta have that guy on your team to win it all.

    8. Outside of second quarter, effort on glass was tremendous.

    9. Holding Jimmy Butler to 7 points is no joke. Obviously Rose is great (rusty, finding legs), but I love Butler and Gibson. To hold those guys under 30 combined is a winning strategy.

    10. This team is deep, intense, disciplined, committed to winning and fun to watch. They just do things when they have to do them. Deep, balanced offense. Incredible defense. Pleasure to watch. Imagine if they played all 4 quarters!

Whaaaaaa? Two espn tweets in a game?

@espn: The @Pacers are 5-0 for the first time in 42 years.

    Last season was no fluke.

They’re still very much a force.

I'm stupidly happy we made it look a lot worse than it was score wise. I don't know why. Probably because I'll end up telling a Bulls fan how we beat them by an average of XX in the regular season series. Like that matters, but needling Bulls fans is just fun, they're the worst.

When you win the Bulls and their whole dislikable bunch of players, dude it's so satisfying. Great win to stump in their throat. 5-0 baby.

Paul George had an ugly shooting night but he scored 21. Sign of becoming a star even on bad nights. His usual contribution on D was there as always.
West was atrocious in the first half, really good in the second half. CJ Watson is doing excellent job as a starter replacing GH. Good contribution by Sloand but the greatest came from Luis Scola. he changed the game towards our side and the momentum.

We are stacked and it feels great saying it.

What a great game to continue our lossless streak. Just solid effort at the end from our guys.

Too many heroes for this game, but I'll give it to West this time. And nice effort also from Scola, with his best game yet as a Pacer.

Didn't listen to them tonight so not sure how it was tonight, just know in the past they would go out of there way to make points that would belittle our players. I distinctly remember them always referring to the Pacers as Chicago's little brothers on past broadcasts. From my experience they would take as many shots at our team and players as they could on broadcasts.
