    Default Lakers/Bobcats

    LA gets:

    Ben Gordon 1 yr, $13.2M
    Danny Granger 1 yr, $14.0M

    IND gets:

    Pau Gasol 1 yr, $19.3M

    CHA gets:

    Steve Nash 2 yr, $19.0M
    Luis Scola 2 yr, $9.4M
    $3M cash from LA

This gets rid of Nash's second year and adds an additional $9.7M in cap space next summer for the Lakers. LA could trade Granger in a sign and trade during the summer if they'd like. Charlotte gets two great veterans to help with such a young team. They get something for Ben Gordon, which is a blessing at that point, even if they are spending another $12M in salary. Kemba Walker and their young front court would benefit greatly from the veteran presence. IND gets an upgrade in their front court for a title run and we have the depth for this to not hurt us at all.

Let me know what you think.

Good luck convincing one of Pau Gasol, Roy Hibbert, or David West that he is coming off the bench.

Also, there's no reason that Charlotte would want Nash's contract since he and Kemba Walker couldn't ever play together.

I think all three of them are mature enough to realize they will play 30 minutes per game and have a much better shot at a championship together than sulking over in the corner.

You wouldn't trade Ben Gordon for Nash and Scola?

If their contracts were equal, sure. But no, not if I was Charlotte.

Pau Gasol would come here and sulk because of Indianapolis' "lack of culture". Keep his soft crybaby *** away.

Pau is not as soft as people think but I don't see why we would do this move. Our front court is already very deep.
