An Ugly win, but a win nonetheless.

    Gotta practice FTs for sure.

I think a whole lot of teams would like to be ugly then.

If they had just shot 75% from the line, this game would've never been close. They still turned the ball over too much but you have to love the way Paul George and Roy Hibbert are playing. Both of them have been dominating on defense, especially in the second half of these games. The adjustments Vogel and/or Burke are making at half-time have been nearly perfect.

Larry is not coming back, he didn't have a meeting with Orlando for not reason, yeah he is coming back to the NBA but not to the Pacers, the notion that he is a taking a year off and then come back is absurd.

Paul George is awesome. There's your game analysis.

That does pretty much sum it up...but Hibbert was great on the defensive end again tonight.

We were scary good in the 3rd quarter. Just dominant. Fun to watch.

We were scary bad in the 2nd quarter. Just horrific. Not fun to watch.

Good win but the Pistons refused to go away and the bench sputtered so the starters had to log some heavy minutes.

Hope they have enough in the tank to beat Chicago.

Nice win...although that stretch in the last few minutes was a disaster. Good thing the lead we kept was good enough and the Pistons haven't made most of their attempts on the Pacer miscues.

They should fix this early. If you're going against teams like Miami that will easily dissolve if they're not careful with possessions and their missing critical FTs.

Nonetheless, let's celebrate while it's still there. 4-0 baby!

Loved hearing people cheering for the Pacers in Detroit. Sounded like a pretty decent contingent. Did anybody from the forum drive up?
Welcome to Pacers Digest! New around here? Here are three tips for making the forum a great place to talk about Pacers basketball.

    • Log in. Even if you want to read instead of post, it's helpful because it lets you:
    • Change your signature options. You can hide all signatures by choosing "Settings" (top right) then "General Settings" (middle left) and unchecking the box "Show Signatures" (in the "Thread Display Options" area).
    • Create an ignore list. I know it may seem unneighborly. But you're here to talk about the Pacers, not argue with someone who's just looking for an argument. Most of the regular users on here make use (at least occasionally) of the "Ignore" feature. Just go to "Settings" -> "Edit Ignore List" and add the names.

    Enjoy your time at PD!

The team that failed to hit threes lost. Is it fair to say that our perimeter D and Roy smothering some chicken won the game once again?

Edit: Obviously Paul carried the offensive load as usual

That is a BIG IF in my opinion....why? Well because Josh Smith is just a care free unmotivated player....all the talent in the world but will always be plagued by terrible shot selection and lack of effort too many nights. Another reason it is a BIG IF is because quite frankly I think Jennings is a BAD PG, he is way too inefficient and is just a guy that shoots you out of more games than into games in my opinion. I think they'd be better of if Bynum was their starting PG.

I think that MoCheeks is a good enough Coach to get the Starters headed in the right direction. It just takes time for Teams like this to gel and build chemistry.

With J-Smoove and Jennings hoisting up crazy 3's they'll never gel.

I am sooooo glad Brandon Jennings and Josh Smith are Pistons. Still, nothing feels better than beating the Pistons even when they do suck. Puck the Fistons.

Pistons are going to be a tough out for someone this year. Yeah, they're going to make the playoffs. I know this is always a trite thing to say but they're a player away from the upper tier of the East.

I guess PG is going to make it hard for the NBA to give away his Player of The Week award this week. Im sooooo happy we get to see this for years to come. Those defensive highlights?!?! What other superstar does stuff like that? Oh yeah...that LeBron dude.

And Lance...it will be tough to sign him if he keeps playing like this, but hopefully we make it happen. I think he is officially my favorite NBA player after this week. It also makes the idea of trading Granger that much more real of a possibility. I'd like to see what Granger can do for us, but how do you stop the momentum Lance is building by taking him out of the starting line-up?

I just wish we start blowing teams out the water. I really wanted that 20+ win to add even more nervousness to Bulls fans.

I think beating the Bulls would suffice.
