Paul George is unbelievable. He could be first team All-NBA this season.

    I hope you're kidding...

...no one is playing the right position and CJ is Deandre Jordan I believe.
I wasn't really paying attention to the positions and don't know CJs face well enough yet haha.

I think Monroe's midranger early was the only jumper the Pistons hit that whole quarter, correct me if I'm wrong.

....but yeah, totally a great idea to add Jennings/Smith to a team that already couldn't shoot and had spacing problems.

    ---
PG startin' strong, really fulfilling the superstar prophecy early on. Wouldn't hate if he took just a few less threes though, won't fall forever.
Jennings doesn't have a shooting issue. Far as spacing, that isn't the problem. They can pass/post around that. The problem is none of them know where to be on the floor at any given time.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

Lot of ball left. Smith and Jennings can get hot quickly.
Nope. This one's over unless Vogel decides to rest Paul George the rest of the game.

I take it every one heard abut Ian's birthday? That makes me love this team even more than I did.
Ah, I didn't know about that. Thanks for the info. Happy birthday, Ian

Nice start to the quarter. Sheesh.

    This line up frightens me.

Jennings most certainly does have shooting issues. Chiefly, he shoots too much. He's not awful from 3, but his % at the rim on on mid range shots pretty horribad.

Today is his birthday. The big thing was he was going out for dinner with his wife and daughter I believe, but the whole team was there to surprise him.

    That's really cool to me.

Good play, Scola! We couldn't afford to give up another basket. Pretty obvious charge with his legs out like that.

Not to be a downer guys, but this is why the talk about Lance being a superstar was a bit premature

When a player's shot is blocked, does it count as a missed shot and decrease his fg%?

“People talk about how quiet he [McKey] is, but he’s really been helpful. He gives a lot of insight to players in how to guard certain teams and what their weaknesses are. The whole team listens to him, and it makes my job a lot easier. Having players like him is what pro basketball is all about for me.” —Larry Brown

It's not really being a downer. People were giving him a $10m per year contract after 3 games. It was crazy.

Cj Watson is listed as our Center, and has a photo of Deandre Jordan. Roy is listed as a Forward, David West as a Guard... the list goes on.

Yes. If it didn't, Hansbrough would probably be a 70% shooter.
