Stephenson tied his career (reg season) high tonight. Surely only a handful of games before it's broken.

Lance is a budding star. Not surprised at all that he has taken such a drastic leap. This cat is just oozing with talent. Hopefully we lock him up after this season so that him and Paul can play side by side for many years to come.

C.J. was HUGE. Kyrie was basically invisible.

I have to give Ian credit. He's given us some quality backup minutes this season.

Yup. Defensively he has helped a lot with his rebounding and blocking. Pretty sure he has given us some second chances too on offense.

We are looking good, starting to get the train rolling.

Turnovers, well I like said in the other game thread, get used to it, we don't have a true Point, and all other 4 starters get high usage and we feed the post constantly. Turnovers are just gonna be there. 11-12 season was just an anomaly.

2 games ahead of Bulls, Heat. Huge to get started early to try to get a lead for the 1 seed.

Anthony Bennett looks really out of shape and raw, looking like the next Mike Sweetney out there. I was surprised how bad he looked.
I was thinking he looked like John 'Hot Plate' Williams myself.

He seems to have nice quick feet, but he is slowed down so much by all that excess fat.

I have to say I've not seen Bennett play before tonight, and I couldn't believe the #1 pick in the draft is coming off the bench and only playing 13 min

His percentage dropped as the season went on last year (I'd imagine it was because of a new shooting form and just the long season) but his shot had improved significantly last season too.

I said it last year, but whatever Lance did/does to improve his shot, every player should do.

This was a great all around team win we need to not be dependent on one person.

If I didn't worry about Lance's maturity (yes, still, but no not like before), I'd be drooling over his play. As it is, I'm still very impressed, it's just that I'm not trusting of it for the long term just yet. But he is balling.

Paul George did what he did tonight yet I felt like he had a so-so game in some ways. Incredible. I just fee like there's going to come a night where he drops 40+ on someone and has like 7, 7, 5 steals, and 2 blocks.

CJ filled in admirably for Hill, though I wish he could find his shot.

West and Roy were very quiet yet we won easily. The bench had a big part to play in this; I believe in both halves they held and actually extended the lead.

There's a lot to like, but man these turnovers are BRUTAL. That is almost certainly why we won't succeed in the playoffs if/when things might go south at that time. Otherwise... I think this team is capable of being the 2014 Champs.

Paul George is the type of player that could score close to 30 points and put up close to a triple double..and you can watch and think he could be playing better.

That's always what is so scary/great about him.

I'm more comfortable with our 3rd stringers than I was with our backups from last year. Bird put together a hell of a bench. Watson looked starter quality tonight.

Stephenson and George are a dominant wing duo. Lance is my favorite, but I didn't think he would ever start shooting like this. I really think he can be All-Star good ASAP.

To me, this is the biggest tell that PG is in that upper echelon of elite players. Obviously he needs to keep it up for that statement to be true. But each game this year he has made it look easy while really having damn good performances. Its like watching LeBron and Durant. No I'm not saying PG is as good as them.... yet. But this kid is special and is one of the best in the game right now.

Lance and Paul tonite, maybe next time it will be George and Roy, or David and Danny.....So much fun to see a team where you can't just defend one or two people!

Can we get some love for Ian? Yes, he has stone hands. Yes, I know some of you want him to be Roy. He's not Roy. But he's looking so much better this year than he looked for most of last year. Very impressed with his rim protection and work on the boards. If he can hold on to the damn ball, he's not bad on offense either. I respect the blue collar work he's putting in so far, to little credit.

Tuesday starts a run of 5 games in 7 days, with all 5 games being potential playoff teams, Toronto being the weakest of the teams. We are going to learn a lot about our guys over these next handful of games.

I also think OJ and Scola will go off soon. Both are good players who are going to be big contributers this year.

I'm starting to appreciate Ian a lot more. His D is excellent. He's not an offensive weapon but being able to have a big defensive anchor at C for 48 minutes is massive.

I think its safe to say that T-Bird has almost pegged Orlando almost perfectly, much like he did with Paul George. Orlando is going to make it VERY hard for Frank to cut back his minutes when Danny returns.

With Orlando his shot just isn't quite consistent enough. If his shot becomes consistent he is going to be incredibly dangerous, and even if we have 5 bench players (whether it be Danny or Lance) teams still won't be able to key in on one or two players.
