Great comeback win on the road tonight!

We're off to a great start with a 2-0 record.

Let's keep it going Saturday night against Cleveland at home!

That was an "elite team win." It was their home opener that makes a team 2x better than they actually are. I'm impressed. Can't wait for Saturday!

"We've got to be very clear about this. We don't want our players hanging around with murderers," said Larry Bird, Pacers president.

That's the way contenders needed to do it if they want to secure home court advantage!!

Sure it wasn't pretty. But its a win. And it shows we are a team that knows how to win. Thats a good characteristic to have.

Also what a casual 32 points from PG. We are getting spoiled.

Never underestimate the challenge playing in someone's opening night, at their home, presents. Just remember our bad years and how fired up we played in our home opener.

This was one hell of a game to come back and win. No question.

Haha anybody hear Chris call them the Hornets at the end of the game? Anyways great comeback, these are the types of games were built to win. Great D down the stretch and a huge deep 3 from GH. I'm likening what I'm seeing after 2 games!

The Pacers are the only 2-0 team in the league currently.

Not much proven tonight either way. Good teams beat bad teams when they aren't at their best, but we already knew the pacers were good.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

Great win, George Hill played pretty well in the second half, Paul George was a super star, Lance was huge, Ian was good, even Copeland was good at waiving towels

Very good way to start off the road schedule. On a back-to-back, no less! This is not a bad New Orleans team either. They have two All-Stars in Jrue and Davis (that guy is a monster) and some other solid pieces. Not a lot of depth, though. Also, this game was more meaningful than your average opening night for the new-look and new-named Pelicans.

Obviously, there is a lot to clean up (turnovers!), but 2-0 feels oh so good.

    Best record in the league!

It's very early of course, but Paul has been what we hoped he could be so far and I think he's good enough to keep doing it.

This has been said before, but 12 months ago Paul George could have turned into Brandon Rush and I wouldn't have been shocked. Now he's playing more like Kobe Bryant.

I'm not yet sure the pelicans are "bad" , especially as long as Gordon stays healthy. .

Agreed but the Pelicans are going to be a good team this year.
Tonight, all flags must burn, in place of steeples.

WOW! Was definitley worth the watch .
Whenever a game is that close I have flashbacks of old Pacers days, where Darren Collison turns it over at the end or TJ Ford jumping in the air before looking where to pass the ball or Troy Murphy playing defense in the crunch. This team is so much different it's not even funny. The Pelicans are a really really good team with a lot of potential, but damn we came back lake a contender does. Really smooth game by Paul and a really solid outing by Lance Stephenson again. George Hill HIT THAT DAGGER IN YA FACE .
I am pumped and will have some sweet dreams!
Good night PD nation...see you soon!
