They have the best defense in the NFL and they now have a competent QB. That's a pretty good reason

    And Oakland is no pushover
Oakland allowed 7 TD passes to Nick Foles- AT HOME. They do suck.

I guess you have an inciteful explanation as to why a bunch of no nothings from Texas and Oakland make this team look so inept.
JJ Watt is not a 'no nothing' and Houston was favored to win the division before Matt Schaub imploded.

    Praying for Kubiak.

Apparently Kubiak collapsed and was in pain. Sounds like a heart problem
Don't ask Marvin Harrison what he did during the bye week. "Batman never told where the Bat Cave is," he explained.

and what''s this about a blocked punt being reviewable and a penalty being able to be assesed after the review??? Then why no review Chuck?

There are two types of quarterbacks in the league: Those whom over time, the league figures out ... and those who figure out the league.

They also beat SD and gave Denver a good game, so no, they don't.

Chris Kluwe says that wasn't roughing on McAfee because he still had the ball as he got hit, he's technically just a ball carrier. I'd expect him to know the rule pretty well.
Still had the ball? The defender hit his leg follow through after the ball was already off of his foot.

    Insightful
Oakland- first off we didn't look that bad so you are way overexaggerating. The team I believe took them too lightly, and couldn't get to the very mobile Terell Pryor, who had an extraordinary game.
tonight- The Texans completely overrode their offense through the bye week, so our gameplan was not right because we expected a different offense. Let's see how the team adapts this half before we go for heads.
Exactly my point--we expected a different offense. That's called coaching.

    Everyone is overexaggerating.

I'm with you on that. But Chris Kluwe says it wouldn't be roughing.

How were we to know they overrode their offense? Bill Belichek style?

Prayers for Kubiak. It's just a football game. A frustrating one, but just a game.

Still can't tell. The pinky could be behind the ball. Not enough evidence to overturn the ruling on the field anyway.

They are 2-5 coming in tonight and we are down by 3 touchdowns and look confused on both sides of the ball. Everyone knows how good Watt is. If we get our **** together the second half then it will be coaching and not talent.
