Dude's got ups. I always thought that he was athletically challenged, I guess it's by choice huh?

    Damn OJ.

Also, when watching the video I thought the jerseys said gay pride for a moment.

Still want to see Orlando and Lance on the floor together. Could be an awesome duo.

I agree, Watson, Orlando, and Lance might be a small line-up, but offensively I think they would be too much for most benches.

OJ looks a bit like Fred Jones. Not quite as explosive but close.

I love Pulp. He's obviously a damn good basketball player and wants to absorb everything he can (see Scott Agness' article on him sitting next to GHill last night). And this guy is for the most part a pine rider. That's how good this year's team is.

I feel so guilty for calling him OJ on the topic, but I can't bring myself to call him Pulp -_-.

Well so long as OJ is getting some love, here is another one that
    looked rather interesting:

He has a 39" vertical, currently the highest on the team I believe.
Find me on the internets @mattiecolin

    Read it and weep:

When George Hill is above 15% usage we won 73.5% of games. Below 15% usage we won 61.9%

he has two hands so that makes up for being a tiny bit less explosive

Have sometimes wondered about picking Plumlee ahead of OJ,
but now it looks like that was a brilliant move.

We've kept the better player and at a bargain!

I sat row 9 for the Mavericks game this week, and amongst the most notable observations, was the fairly different playing style that OJ employed. He was much less of a "park outside the perimeter guy", and much more a "drive to the basket" guy. His footwork/moves looked solid there, and he had a fair bit of success on that front. He had a notably bigger upper body compared to the Mavs he was matched up to, and he seemed to take contact well. Jones on the other hand looked much more like the prototypical 3 and D guy.

That's a good point. Maybe the problem with OJ last year was that he didn't play his "game". I think he was trying to provide the spacing and outside shooting that the team needed but that's not really his strength... at least that's not all he did in college. I was down on him last year but I love his attitude and the way he's working really hard to earn his place in the rotation.

I don't see any reason to play Solo over him at this point and he should be in the 8th or 9th player in the rotation because of his ability to break down a defense.

Larry is not coming back, he didn't have a meeting with Orlando for not reason, yeah he is coming back to the NBA but not to the Pacers, the notion that he is a taking a year off and then come back is absurd.

I was concerned about his heigh. 6'3" is not good for SG.
He has good wing span, it should make him play taller.
Perhaps we can treat him like a normal 6'5" (or 6'6'" in shoes) player?

He's 6'4.5" in shoes, which, when combined with his huge wingspan and thick frame, is pretty close to the prototypical SG size in this day and age. See: Dwyane Wade, James Harden, Eric Gordon, etc. A lot of the top young up-and-coming SG's fit this mould, too. Victor Oladipo, Bradley Beal, Dion Waiters, Iman Shumpert, etc.

I'm not particularly concerned about Orlando's height for reasons already stated and also because he will likely only be a bench player for years to come.
