Anthony Davis was an assist shy of a 5x5

I'm honestly scared by his potential.

Yeah kid has a lot of talent. Some of his moves against us and a couple of really difficult baskets were a beauty.

Channing Frye is letting it fly tonight.

I really like watching these new Pistons, and of course like watching an aggressive Reggie Jackson. He is just scratching the surface he is in year 3. I always thought he would need 3-5 years to become really really good. His defense is what I loved about him in college and the rest of his game is slowly coming along. He showed flashes that he could be a great pg or 6th man combo.

I didnt know Ray Allen had that kind of passing ability super nice play there. Miami is playing some super aggressive defense tonight(they always play that style though) the Wiz have been flustered all game.

Brandon Jennings makes all the difference on this team. They can't function offensively without him.

It wasn't about being the team everyone loved, it was about beating the teams everyone else loved.

I am watching the Minnesota - New York game at the moment so I'm missing the Phoenix - OKC one. I see that Miles only has 2 shots so far. I guess that Channing Frye going off is one of the reasons for it but is anyone watching it able to provide additional info?

That pass he made from his *** was awesome. He has some solid vision he just never used it. I like how that team plays Drummond ****ing eats all the rebounds. If KCP starts to makes shots and earns PT that makes the pistons deadly. The team needs another shooter bad. They are super sloppy as well.

I have to say Olynk is playing so much harder than he did at Gonza (or maybe I just overlooked that) He was everywhere tonight.

They are pretty much on fire from the three, miles though hasn't shown much, he seems like a younger version of nick collision, and he almost airballed the jumper.

The thunder went on a run as soon as gerald green came in the game.

Thanks for info, mate. Are they trying to match up with OKC's small ball?

Dragic left with sprained ankle so they were big I guess, wasn't really paying attention to the lineup, not a very exciting game.

Watching the Pistons-Celtics replay, it's almost painful to watch the Pistons backing down every possession and dropping it in the rim. Pistons are gonna make the playoffs and I wouldn't be surprised if they upset someone in the first round by clobbering them on the boards.

A loooong way to go between then and now.

They need to figure out their backcourt issues. The turnovers have been atrocious, and the bigs are handling the ball way too often because we haven't been getting good PG play.

I felt really bad for josh smith yesterday. So many of his misses were forced because he got handed the ball with 2 seconds on the shot clock.

I will say this: our frontcourt passing is beautiful....when it works. Chemistry isn't quite there yet, but they're working on it.

I'm not expecting anything beyond a hard fought first round exit, but if they just outmuscled a team like the Nets in the first round it wouldn't surprise me at all.

As for Smith, I'm a bid of a J Smoove apologist anyway but are those shots really that much worse than a lot of the turnovers the Pacers have? At least his missed threes have a chance at going in.

I'm ok with him setting his feet from the arc when he's being dared to shoot. He can make those. What he can't make is pull-up jumpers under duress. He's had to take a ton of those to beat the shot clock, and it certainly makes his shot selection look worse.

Smith is a beast in the post. I much prefer him there backing in SFs and throwing baby hooks over their heads.

That was some impressive passing indeed. It makes sense since Smith and Monroe are great passers and Drummond is an amazing finisher with really good hands. It's why the Smith-Monroe-Drummond line-up could work offensively.

Come on now that is a crazy post this early. I wasn't big on Bennett as a top 3 pick, but way to early to judge any pick come back in 3 years.

Watching this Knicks Wolves game from last night in class. Kevin Love just threw the sexiest outlet pass. skills like that are so underrated.

I love watching that style they play. it isn't pretty to the casual fan but I like watching Drummond eat .
