    I was thinking Nate Robinson?
I don't think he is as athletic is he? I thought Aaron Brooks because there was a year were Brooks was scoring 18+ points per game.

Note that I didn't like the Plumlee draft.
Phoenix had no interest in Mahinmi.

Isaiah Thomas has 20 points on 6 shots. Kings're gonna have to give that kid a BIG raise to keep him, he'll be restricted this summer.
I think they will pay him. He's a fan favorite and is one of their best players.

I don't know not many people are. I was just going by the "diminutive point guard who can fill it up in bunches off the bench" connection.

You shouldn't be happy with a career 28% 3 point shooter taking 11 shots from beyond the arc. I'm sorry, but the Pistons just wont win games like that.
He's better than he percentages when he gets his feet set, but that's neither here nor there. He won't be out there as often with better guards out there.

Agree again, which is why I like this roster a hell of a lot more than what he had in Atlanta.

KCP and Jennings need to be in there for this team to play at full strength, though.
I have KCP in my fantasy team so I certainly want him to be there for your team. Jennings defense will still be horrenous but I'm guessing that the rest are going to make up for that.

It isn't as bad as Bynum. Nobody is.

KCP is one hell of a defender. Just had to slow himself down a bit.

I like what the Pistons are doing, they should have kept Calderon as their point guard though.

Ok? That's my point. He shoots well enough spotting up on the wings. He's awful from mid range and the corners, so yes I don't want him taking those, but again I dont see a repeat of this anytime soon.

We traded the Center that Phoenix wanted. He was the player that was needed to get Scola.

It's going to be hard take any stats coming out of Phoenix as being reflective of talent or of possible production elsewhere. I won't be surprised if Gerald Green has many gaudy stats games.

The efficiency so far for Plumlee is impressive though
The poster "pacertom" since this forum began (and before!). I changed my name here to "Slick Pinkham" in honor of the imaginary player That Bobby "Slick" Leonard picked late in the 1971 ABA draft (true story!)

But that's what he's always done pretty much since he got in the league. Tonight was not just a one game aberration.

No, but his percentages are. He shoots much better at the rim and on the elbows than he did tonight.

yeah. if Plumlee continues to do well, which I don't know if he actually is, numbers can be deceiving and all, the question becomes did we overpay by sending the 1st rounder too. though I sort of think we didn't really want that 1st rounder all that much, it's a guaranteed 1.2+ mil or so on an unproven guy that in all likelihood wouldn't play at all. stuff like that matters as tight as we are against the cap and needing to re-sign Lance.

I dunno, I'll have to see it play itself out. We need to get out and run a lot to generate offense.

He's always been a bad defender and a turnover-prone world class ball hog. Hate him and how he kills the flow of a game.

The fact is that not only did we get Scola with this trade but we also saved cap space. That's pretty important for us.

Phoenix may end up getting the most out of this deal in the long run. We may end up winning a title. But none of it really matters. That's what we needed to pay in order to get Scola and Bird has been pretty clear about liking Scola and wanting him here.

@AlexKennedyNBA: Miles Plumlee looks like a steal for the Suns: 18 points, 15 rebounds, 3 blocks in game one; 13 points, 13 rebounds, 3 blocks in game two.

    Damn
