Everyone should read this, shows we need to get rid of Mallory, maybe our D can improve if we get a good defensive coach, every other defense Mallory has coached improved after he left

Which is exactly why he shouldn't have been hired in the first place. Barring a bowl game next year Wilson has to go.

agreed, next year needs to be Wilson's last year, if we aren't bowling he has to go. Mallory on the other hand, needs to be gone after this Saturday

Well, it has been a wholly disappointing season for IU football, but at least we will be getting the Bucket back.

I'm watching the game on BTN2GO. Kinda annoying, whenever it goes to commercial break it forgets what game I was watching. I have to re-select it from the game bar. Then I have to unmute the sound and toggle the game bar off. It's annoying.

Yep, it's better than nothing and at least we can say IU has improved each year under Wilson. The Navy and Minny games really **** me off now.

Wow, Purdue is the worst team IU has played this season. They are epically awful. At least we gave PU a game in Wilson's first year.

I spoke too soon. Never count on an IU team to seal the deal and win.

A perfect way for Mallory to go out- giving up 36 points and 516 yards to one of the worst offenses in the FBS.

Etling is a scrub and we made him look like Drew Brees.

You have to think Wilson wants Mallory gone from the standpoint of his own long-term prospects. The guy's inept defense could eventually cost Wilson his job if he's not canned ASAP. If Wilson sucks, at least let it be clear and well earned.

That was actually a great thing. The game was never in doubt, and Purdue's pathetic offense putting up those many yards and that many points all but assures Mallory is gone.

So, next season who does everyone prefer, Tre Roberson, or Nate Sudfeld? I like Roberson more, I think we should be a more run oriented offense, especially with Kofi Hughes and Ted Bolser gone, and Cody Latimer likely declaring for the draft. I also think Tevin Coleman can be the best back in the B1G with Carlos Hyde gone and Ameer Abdullah probably leaving

Also, I would just like to say I think Coach Wilson is the right guy for the job, sure he makes some bonehead calls sometimes, but if we had a halfway decent defensive coordinator with him, we would probably be 7-5 right now

Honestly, I don't care. I'm comfortable with either of them. The offense is not and has not been the problem. It won't matter who starts if we continue to play matador defense.

Just those two? The Michigan game pisses me off something fierce also.

Just because we have more wins doesnt mean we got better. Just a result of the Big Ten being weaker.

The only positives I take from IU's football season are:

    1) Finally beating Penn State

    2) Getting the Bucket back and actually getting to see a blowout win over Purdue for the first time I can remember

Doug Mallory can go **** himself. This was an 8 win team and he kept them out of a bowl.

Last week he made a comment about the defense and pointed out how much Baylor improved "with the same personnel" or something to that effect. That leads me to believe he has no intentions of changing anything on that side of the ball. And if you look at some of the comments he's made throughout the year, it's pretty clear he cares about offense, offense and offense only. Just win 45-42 every week and pretend the other side of the ball doesn't exist or that someone else will take care of it.

If anyone puts Mallory's worthless *** on the street it'll probably have to be Fred Glass. Wilson doesn't care enough to do it.
