Default Half Man/Half Season strikes again

Carter, who scored 22 points in 30 minutes, suffered a sprained left ankle with 7:46 remaining as he landed awkwardly after missing a 3-pointer. He grabbed his ankle as he lay on the court and had to helped to the locker room.

"Overnight, I'll just keep the swelling out of the ankle," said Carter, who missed the final six games of last season with the same injury. "I'll get it looked at tomorrow and let the doctors tell me what needs to go on from there."

Glad I just had traded him in my Yahoo fantasy league for Kenyon Martin. Had a feeling he'd get injured again.
"It's just unfortunate that we've been penalized so much this year and nothing has happened to the Pistons, the Palace or the city of Detroit," he said. "It's almost like it's always our fault. The league knows it. They should be ashamed of themselves to let the security be as lax as it is around here."
