Cool....now we go after another backup PF with the full MLE ( or at least $5 mil a year ).

This is David West, he is the Honey Badger, West just doesn't give a *****....he's pretty bad *ss cuz he has no regard for any other Player or Team whatsoever.

Now everyone gets hyped up about using the MLE and then go nuts when we bring back Pendergraph for the minimum.

And off he goes. For his sake, I hope he finds a starting role somewhere.

Thank You!!! I have been waiting for this for ages. I can't wait for no more Tyler at the PF.

If I was his agent we would of already signed that QO.

And here I wasted all this time on TH comments. Well, good luck to him!

There is a reason for the quick turnaround on TH. I look for news of a signing soon.

    Also agree that Pendy returns.

Or better yet Tyler is re-signed for 3 years and 10 million.

I wouldn't be too sure that he can't get more than 4mill a year. He put up numbers when given the starting role for the few games, and definitely was not a bad bench player by any means. I am curious to see if a mediocre/bad team throws a 4 year 20-25mill contract at him.

Wouldn't this mean we are about to hear about second unit PF signing?

So I guess the Pacers really were just holding onto him until West was re-signed. I assume this also means they also have a backup PF in mind and are confident about signing him. Hope it's not Copeland.

My guess is his agent told the Pacers he doesn't want to come back. Just the way Marc Stein worded his tweet. pacers have agreed to rescind the QO. Not the pacers have decided to rescind.

Good luck to Hansbrough. I will miss him. We'll see if the team will also

Every message board needs a scapegoat. Now it'll be "overpaid, too long a deal, can't stay in front of anybody, not a true point, he was a bandwagon fan growing up" George Hill.

This is the highlight of Tyler's tenure as a Pacer (also, fittingly, his rookie year).

Not true with a QO. He could have signed and faxed it back immediately, and it would have been done.

The popular phrase is, "it only takes one *******." Apparently he thinks there is some ******* out there willing to give him a better deal than the $4.1 million he could have made this season. It may happen, but I'd be shocked, and it's going to take a real *******.

I figured this would happen after reading Conrad Brunner's article where Tyler wants to be a starter. No way was that going to happen here.

I like Tyler but I got the feeling on several occasions that his Teammates don't really care for him. I will give him credit for improving his defense this season and being more of a willing passer. He can still play in this league and would be a good fit in Charlotte, Orlando, or Milwaukee if he they start him or play him at least 26 minutes per game.

Larry is not coming back, he didn't have a meeting with Orlando for not reason, yeah he is coming back to the NBA but not to the Pacers, the notion that he is a taking a year off and then come back is absurd.
