Still confused why OJ Mayo signed with the Bucks. Def a money move for him.
Not many places for a young black man in Milwaukee to spend that money though. It's not exactly a party city. Not much culture to take in if any. Lots of farmland, not many movie theaters either. Clubs? Not many. Lots of bars though. Dive bars mostly. But I guess he can just save that money for something in the future like a wedding, college fund for potential children, etc. *shrugs*. Or.......

He can just drive next door to Chicago and spend it.

According to a person with knowledge of World Peace's situation, the list of teams that he would most like to play for starts with the New York Knicks and is followed in order by the Los Angeles Clippers, Brooklyn Nets, Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, Oklahoma City Thunder, San Antonio Spurs and the Indiana Pacers.

If the Pacers want to drive away 97% of their fanbase, they can hire Kelvin Sampson for the open assistant coaching job and bring back Ron Artest for a second tour of duty.

It would be awesome to have him from a talent standpoint but it would bring back so many bad memories. It won't happen.

Artest wouldn't even see the court, doubt he'd have real interest in a return.

I'm pretty sure Larry Bird would at least bring up the loyalty card and Ron Artest was not loyal at all.

I'd be pissed if anyone in the franchise even considered it for a split second.

Magic and Hedo Turkeyglue are close to a buyout. Man, there was a time I'd have killed to have that guy.

Could we still sign him? I mean how much do we have to pay him if he was bought out? He is coming off of an injured season, and he's a vet right? Having him at 4 and Cope off the bench at the 3 would be sweet to stretch the floor. If only amnesty was a per season thing. We could amnesty Green and sign Hedo lickety split.

Larry sign Ron to a vet. min. Send his butt home and when the media ask Larry why Ron is at home. Larry says, "basketball reasons". Next question...

I wouldn't hate for us to bid the vet minimum to see if we could win him off amnesty. We could send him home if he clowns.

I'm probably in the minority here but his skills can help us win a championship. I can forgive idiots because I know they were idiots to begin with.

The Knicks apparently really want MWP.

JONeal and Toney Douglas sign with the Warriors:

    http://www.ibabuzz.com/warriors/2013...toney-douglas/
Golden State continued filling out its roster on Tuesday. Sources confirm reports the Warriors have reached agreements with guard Toney Douglas and center Jermaine O’Neal. Both are thought to have signed one-year deals.

Douglas gives the Warriors a veteran guard off the bench who is known for defending. He can also shoot the 3 pretty well. He’s not a traditional point guard, which Golden State seems to need, but he is someone who will be able to defend and make a play.

O’Neal, entering his 18th season, showed he still has something left in the tank last season for Phoenix. He averaged 8.3 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 18.7 minutes off the bench. The 6-foot-11, 34-year-old center figures to be a reliable place holder to back up Andrew Bogut while Festus Ezeli recovers from knee surgery.

Still can't figure out how we ended up with Scott Pollard instead of Hedo in that Brad Miller sign & trade cluster hump.

Good for Tyler. He should have a pretty ample sized role behind Amir Johnson.
