And for the record, if you're one of those who's arguing a 8ppg scoring role player is better than an allstar, then YES your opinion is DUMB. I know there are only a few people who believe that. I'm asking them to either stop beating the dead horse, or take the bet.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... doesn't mean that opinion is worth anything tho haha

CJ you argued PG is NOT A TWOGUARD OMG, so if the Pacers best player cannot play that position, no way they make the finals this year is there?? So take the bet, and we can both move on. If you take the bet at least I can respect that you really do believe everything you say.

As a Pacers' fan, this is embarrassing.

1983 76ers on the All star team

    Andrew Toney
    Mo cheeks
    Moses Malone
    and the Doctor

Certainly the Celtics of the 60's or early 70's had 4 players in the AS game. Maybe the 80's. Parrish, Bird and McHale were there like every year. Didn't ainge or Dennis Johnson ever breakthru with them.

I believe the Pacers would be better with DG off the bench. I'll take the bet. If the team makes a move that indicates they agree (bring DG off the bench, trade hill, trade DG) do I still get paid? Your take is that its such a ridiculous thought that it shouldn't even be discussed. So if the team does one of those things doesn't that also make you wrong - it wasn't completely ridiculous?

For sure. If Lance wins the starting job absolutely. Deal.

    I'll take the bet.

I'm bullish on the Pacers but if it's them vs the field (Heat, Knicks, Nets, Bulls, etc) then I'll take the field. There's just a higher percentage chance that they won't make the finals than there is that they will.

So now that it is the off-season, there are a few special boarders on here that will won't to ruin various threads with their absolutely idiotic view that a healthy Granger shouldnt' start next season or that Hill isn't a good starting point guard.

So let's forgo arguing over that all off-season.

I'll bet a $100 cash to EACH and every boarder that if Granger is healthy enough to start at the beginning of the season and let's say he plays a minimum 65 games at 30+ minutes... I'll bet $100 cash the Pacers make the NBA Finals.

Conditions: West is re-signed (he will be).
Bets are off if Roy or PG get injured.

No talk. let's do this thang.

So Vnz.. CJ Jones.. take the bet or don't ruin every thread with your dumb opinions. =)
Mattie.... Granger may never play again... and if he does.. he will be embracing the 6th man role if he wants to be a part of the Indiana Pacers. Granger is a 30 year old All Pro coming off of a serious knee injury.

Any thing Danny gives this team or franchise in the future is simply gravy on the taters.

This was the BEST D team in the NBA... Danny coming back will not "ROCK" that starting unit.

A point guard maybe? But not Danny G...

    This is Paul G's team.
