I could not stand to see my vote unaccounted for.
This is much better.
David West limited by strained calf on Monday
David West was limited by a strained right calf during Monday's practice, but he doesn't expect it to hamper him during Game 1 on Wednesday.
When asked if the injury would be an issue, West replied, "Nah."

Is anyone concerned about Lance's matchup with wade? I know Lance has really improved his defense, tremendously. I mean I think we are all impressed with his D. But I am afraid of Wade using his veteran maneuvers to get Lance in foul trouble, and not only foul trouble but And 1's.
Had to post the map to facebook! Go Pacers!!!! We win in 6!!!
Autonomy must return into the hands of the people.
I can't wait until Wednesday! Really looking forward to the Paul George vs LeBron James match-up
I forgot I'm on a Miami Dolphins forums that has an outside spot for basketball and some of these replies make me smile lol
just for fun here ya go...
The Knicks would have been a much more entertaining series, from a pure basketball enjoyment perspective. The Indy/Bulls style is just not appealing even if it is relatively effective for them. Memphis is the same way.
Watching these teams, you start to understand why people hated those 90's Riley teams.Coaching and veteran leadership of SA makes them the toughest matchup remaining. They play D and can score...Indiana won't average 90 ppg this series. You definitely have that twisted. Why did the Heat go 1-3 vs the Knicks? Because the Knicks spread the floor and knocked down a bunch of 3's. The spurs will do the same with a better PG and a better big man. They are your biggest threat left. Memphis is Indiana with some scoring options. You will wreck indiana because they cannot score and Miami can. Much as I hate the Heat you have 3 guys who can legitimately carry an offense on any given night. If youre playing from in front of Indy, watch how hard they struggle to score.Heat in 5. Indy can't score, and they get their one win from the reliable home court officiating.I do take solace in the fact we are a better team than last season and they are worse.I can't stand Indiana, I can't stand the breaks they are allowed,I can't stand Roy Hibbert's flopping ***. A 7'2 guy falling on the floor 6-7 times a game?? Just stop it.
Only way this series is close to competitive is if The Indiana home officials start calling fouls on Lebron at will.
Agree, Heat in 5.(This I found ******, but it's sadly true, God I hope we win now so much more)re-sell market tanking.
On Friday..Game 1..average ticket...$550...Lower bowl....$325
Now? Average ticket $431..Lower Bowl $244..
Heat in 4 (or maybe 5 if they decide to give them a gentlemans sweep)...The beat the heat chants are funny. They couldnt beat ya'll with Granger last year and now theyre going to win without him? Thats cute. While Im doubtful the Knicks would have beat Miami I think the Knicks would have been more likely to get it to a 6th game at least then Indy will.Man that was a frustrated game to watch last night. Knicks seemed to be getting screwed big time by the refs that game. the FT discrepancy was ridiculous. That being said, they were in it til the end.
Don't worry Knicks fans, the Heat will spank the Pacers for you in 5.
Can someone explain to me how its an offensive foul when the offensive player gets pulled to the floor by the defensive player who has a hand full of the offensive players jersey? Cause thats what Paul George just did to Melo. I mean he hasnt been able to stop him any other way but thats just a beotch
See how stupid those fans sound complaining about the officials. That is one reason why I hate when Pacers fans complain about the refs - does not come across well at all, no matter the merit.
ESPN, or whoever, really got that "Indy's offense sucks" narrative out there. We were a top 10 offense post All Star break.
Pacers in 6. Or Heat in 7. Just like I predicted vs NY. I love these idiot analysts who say Miami in 4, 5 and 6. First off,
Miami isn't sweeping, not winning in 5 and definitely not closing out at BLF. If Skip Bayless and Stephen A Smith predicted the Knicks Pacers series right, the series would've been over in 4.
Pacers in 6
Heat in 7
I hardly ever post, but felt like sharing this.
Last night a guy at work (Knick fan) bet me that Miami would sweep. It's a pretty hefty price of a pint of booze, but nevertheless a bet. I don't pretend to know a great deal about basketball, but if there's one thing I know it's that we won't get swept. With any luck, I'll be enjoying the booze for the Friday night game!
I posted before the New York series that New York would not have answer for Lance. When Lance plays well it brings our play to another level. I feel the same way with this series. The Lance /Wade matchup is going to be one that I will be paying close attention to. With Lance's size and strength, he has the ability to wear you down defensively. If Lance can get a couple early fouls on Wade going to the rim that should force Miami to double Lance leaving a passing lane open. I really hate to put so much burden on Lance this series but he really is the X factor in our success.

Lance is the perfect matchup for Wade. Hopefully he can shut down D-Wade this series
man it has felt like 2 weeks has past since we played our last game, and you can tell fans around here are in basketball withdrawl and ready for the next game especially after that epic game 6 performance
We were up 2-1 last year. Could have been up 3-1. We lost Granger, but many would argue we are better this year. Many would argue that Miami is better, but are they? OK, Bosh is healthy, but they have Allen who is a defensive liability and has been held in check by us. Birdman? Sorry, not convinced.
I think anyone beating the Heat would be considered a huge upset, but in my opinion, winning would not come close to something like Douglas vs. Tyson or USA vs. Russia in Lake Placid.
