Chicken **** gutless performance. What the hell is wrong with this team? They are so god damn bipolar. The defense has been garbage since the Dallas game.

#2 seed is gone, and now the #3 seed is in danger.

It sounds weird to say, but I'm not that upset with this loss. I guess I'm just ready for the playoffs.

John Wall has the potential to be as good as Derrick Rose I think. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see the Wizards in the playoffs next year.

The Wizards are good since John Wall came back and we didn't come to play.

Be prepared for an early exit then. This team is playing like garbage. They left their game in LA.

This felt like the Thunder loss yesterday, except the Wizards didn't have a Durant. We just weren't ready for John Wall or this game at all.

Gerald was our second best player, and he only shot pretty okay. Might have to start embracing the third seed; it looked like the Knicks were on their way but it's obviously theirs to lose at this point.

So they are 3.5 back with six to play. The Pacers still have to play Brookyln, New York, and Boston- those all look like losses at this point. IF Brooklyn wins out they get the #3 seed then.

Indiana/Atlanta or Indiana/Chicago? way better than play Boston for sure.

Do you think that it's that possible that we lose 3 games in the remaining 6 and that they win out?

We don't match up with Boston but we don't match up with Atlanta either. Our best match-up is Chicago but we wouldn't have home court against them.

The longer this season goes on, the more I realize I hate George Hill's game. That's not an indictment of Hill, more just my belief that he does not fit what the Pacers need from their starting PG at all.

If the fans took after them, we would have the eighth best attendance in the league.

Defense would be a good start. And I like that Hill can get the offense into sets (not until too late in the shot clock IMO), but I don't think he has the overall offensive game to justify what he gives up on defense.

I think his offense is probably where it should be with George, West, and (since the All-Star break) Hibbert also on the floor. I'm not saying it wouldn't be great to see him get 16-20 a game but his low PPG means the other guys can be productive. And he's shown he can be an uber-clutch shooter in spite of that.

I feel you about his defense, though. It's the weaker part of his game. It concerns me a little going into the playoffs.

It's not that I want him scoring 16-20 a game. It's more that every time he launches a three I just think "sigh...okay". But my overall take, and it's just my take, is that his offense isn't good enough to make up for his defense, so his overall play is a net loss.

I really don't like hills game at PG either. I'd much rather get a good distributer at PG and move Hill to SG. With Roy and West we really need a pass first PG. Not a scoring guard. I know ppl say well it's the system. Well we don't have the player to change the system right now. Dj is not a good starting PG. I'm all for drafting or trading or signing a pass first pg that's good and move hill to sg and then lance to sixth man if Danny doesn't come back close to how he used to be.

Horrible performance, but typical for an NBA late season game. There are always upsets and lopsided games.
