    And everyone else.
Yea I don't think anyone was too upset to see GG get traded. Essentially Legend took an awful contract and what many labeled a bust player before he even put on a pacers jersey turned into Luis Scola.

I just lol out how many think they know more than Larry Legend.

Soo Phoenix... We've got this other guy who would fit perfectly on your team. He's pretty good at shooting threes. And guess what? You can just take him. We don't even want anything back.

For myself, I didn't hold a strong opinion either way and was basically in the "wait and see" crowd. I did say somewhere that Larry has earned the benefit of the doubt with his drafting. Reading back, I'm amazed that so many thought PJ3 and Marquis Teague are future stars.
PJ3 is a very athletic player with tons of potential. People tend to love these guys. He is slowly finding his niche in OKC. Brooks is finally playing him more (along with Jackson, Lamb and Adams) and their second unit is working well. He has the tools to be a decent player. I think that most people wanted Teague because he is a PG and we needed one.

Pacers: Kings of the win-win trade. We get Scola who might be the missing piece to a championship team, and Phoenix get essentially two first round picks with one already panning out.
This. I have no problem with this trade at all and I'd do it again. Scola has been golden for us.

But I'm just happy that Plumlee and Green are proving that they can play. Some people thought that they were garbage and I'm glad that they're proven wrong. These guys can play. Green was just a bad fit for our offense since he benefits from running and we're a slow team while Plumlee never got the chance to prove what he's got when he was here. He only played 55 minutes.

When I review threads like these I am so thankful most on PD are not in charge of the Pacers FO decisions. With the recent success of Plumlee I felt like the this thread should be bumped.

Looks like Plumlee is going to have a solid career in the NBA.
The article that you posted has a very nice part. I'll quote it:

Despite filling up the stat sheet against the Lakers, Plumlee finished with only one assist. But he made sure to dish an extra out to his former team when explaining his on-court success so far this season.
“[Playing time] is definitely a huge part of it,” said Plumlee, who is leading the team in rebounds (9.1) and blocks (1.8) per game. “You can’t do anything, if you aren’t playing.
“On the other hand, they were so good last year and I learned a lot. I wouldn’t be where I am without the Pacers. I loved it there, it is a great fit and I just have been working really hard.
I couldn’t have foreseen all the moves that they were going to make and that the roles that we were going to be so large. I know what Gerald is capable of and his ceiling is as high as he wants it to be. I think the same thing for myself, so things kind of worked out.”

I knew Plumlee had some skills. I always thought he should be playing ahead of Mahinmi.(at least last year) Ian has looked better this year IMO.
