    Good season, Kentucky.

4 McDonald's All-Americans and they can't even beat Robert Morris in the NIT.

The best part was hearing Jimmy Dykes (who was a huge UK apologist the entire game and barely talked about RMU) saying UK was intimidated by the crowd early in the game. Are you kidding me? You have talent that a school like RMU can only dream of, but you still need homecourt advantage to outplay them?

Maybe Calipari should forget about world-class talent and try to find some players who aren't such mental midgets.
Why do you think Calipari didn't want to play IU in Bloomington?

New Mexico will have a hell of a first rd match up I feel for them. To be a 3 seed and draw Harvard is a bad draw IMO. It should be a great first rd game. I still haven't picked a winner for that game.
We are all holding our breath for your picks.

Meanwhile, New Mexico curbstomps the geeks.

Really? Was Cal's players from last year "mental midgets" ...the team that sent IU home last year on a way to another championship??

For the record. I'm not arguing Trey Burke to be the PoY. I'm simply saying, this tournament is a PG driven tournament and I will roll with Burke. He's outstanding. We can disect a ton of shooting percentages of some great players and nit pick, but the eyes dont deceive. Burke is a top 5 player in the country and Michigan has a pretty good squad. I'm sticking with them. Again, i'm not saying Burke is better than Oladipo. I'm just saying, in this tournament, I want the stud PG. They change games. They create the most matchup problems. It's proven over the past history of this tournament.

It was just hilarious hearing Calipari in his postgame remarks, where he whined on and on about how this year the KY program was "hijacked" and that he lost control of what he himself has called, over and over again, "a players-first program" .

A players-first program, as we know, really means a "player-run program".

Cal, spoiled 18-year-old kids simply took you up on your offer!

Now you have another group just waiting to do the same!

I participated in an NCAA tourney player draft last night. We picked 8 players and you accumulate their points through the whole tournament. So you want players who score a lot but you also want players who are going to get to play a lot of games. We'll see how it ends up but it seems like a pretty cool way to gamble on the tournament outside of the countless brackets you fill out every year.

I picked 6th of 8 in the snake draft. DeShaun Thomas and Russ Smith, unsurprisingly, went 1-2 overall. I was shocked that Cody Zeller was passed over for Kelly Olenyk and went 4th. Trey Burke went 5th. Here's my team:

    Rd 1: Ben McLemore (Kansas)
    Rd 2: Seth Curry (Duke)
Rd 3: Dwayne Evans (St. Louis)
Rd 4: Tim Hardaway Jr. (Michigan)
    Rd 5: Kenny Boynton (Florida)
    Rd 6: Travis Releford (Kansas)
Rd 7: Adreian Payne (Michigan State)
    Rd 8: DeVauntes Smith-Rivera (Georgtown)

That title should be considered as written in pencil for now. Both of his previous two trips to a final four were vacated, after all.

Was it hilarious to you seeing the IU players cut down the nets after a home loss on senior night in front of 50 adoring fans? It was to everyone outside of Indiana lol.

Was it hilarious to you seeing a trophy case last year that memorialized a regular season home win over UK?

One, that's pretty damn presumptuous. Two, who cares? He still took those teams to the Final 4. Did Eric Gordon REALLY never attend IU?

Slick- UK has won three titles since IU's last. UK has beaten IU 15 out of the last 20 games. UK has IU beat in banners and all time wins. I

Those are facts-when you dont have the facts on your side dont resort to "oh well....maybe it will be vacated" lol.

What's hilarious is to see your slackjawed toothless inbred hilljack fanbase who blatantly supports a history that features point shaving racists and blatant payoffs to players over decades and decades. A fan base who wanted nothing to do with Calipari when they hired Gillispie a few years back because they felt that Cal was so slimy at Memphis that he would bring their program down.

You got what you paid for and it is GLORIOUS!

How was your net-cutting ceremony last night?

    facts:
    Rupp- point shaving racist scum
    Hall- cheating corrupt scum
    Sutton- cheating corrupt scum
KY- the most corrupt program in the history of amateur sports, edging out the form East German Olympians of the 70s.

Oh well, they won a national championship last year and will be back with a monster team next season. It's just one year.
I'm not saying they won't be, but people forget just how "monster" this team was supposed to be. They were ranked THIRD to start the season.

Here is a bit of trivia for you- between UK and IU- what team most recently faced sanctions for violating NCAA rules?

    Here is a simple fact:

IU has made more consecutive NCAA tourneys than Kentucky. Who would have bet on that being the case at this point in time 5 years ago?

    EDIT:

Anyway back to tourney stuffs, Glad to see St. Mary's will get to play against Memphis in that 6/11. Dellavadova is one of the most exciting players to watch. Maybe the best pull up/off the dribble shooter no one in America knows about.

I had a feeling based on some of his former posts. I'll be happy to debate him in any area he chooses when it comes to IU and UK.

I still wish IU (and even UL) good luck in the tourney- but I do reserve the right to defend UK against silly rants.

Anyone who has John Calipari as a coach should be banned from talking about sanctions, seriously. The guy makes lawyers look clean. Any program that takes a guy on like that, with his history, deserves any and all criticism thrown their way.

If you don't want to be branded a cheater, don't hire the only coach to have two FF vacated.

Yeah, UK won last year, which is why they should wear the scorn this year. If you want the props, you gotta take the lumps.

This UK team was a bitter disappointment. The players and coach's just flat out failed. It is inexecusable to not only miss the NCAA but also to lose last night. Epic fail- I guess that comes with territory when you remake your team each and every year. Not going to make any apologies- this team sucked this year.

Julius Randle signed with UK. I bet UK will be insane next year. No more having to let the weak minded Ryan Harrow play. Like I said about him preseason talking with Really? he is not a good pg at all.

Same with Kyle W I doubt he plays at all next year he is way to weak minded. WCS is the same way he will be good if he ever gets a mean streak. Robert Morris just whooped their tail played harder and meaner.

I hope Wiggins signs with KU Bill Self coaching him would be awesome.

UK gets the expectations from me they get every year. I can give them no credence til I see them play whether they will be a 1 seed or an NIT team I just don't know. That is how Cal treats it too if you ever hear him discuss it with the media preseason.
