The same way Phil Jackson did in his playing days

Did that involve groupies or lobby lizards? If so, count me in!

I'm guessing it involves copious amounts of weed, and some Pink Floyd.

Just don't watch most of the playoff games with Manning and you should be OK. lmao!!!
    Hater!

I know what I watch. I have like 2 losses on my hard drive and one of them is the defeat in the AFC Divisional round vs Pittsburgh with that stupid miss (by a mile) from Vanderjerk

I am not seeing the answer that reflects what a lot of people do. Blame the refs, blame David Stern, insist that the NBA is fixed, wear a tinfoil hat, hang out with Old Blu planning your next search for Bigfoot and for proof that he was on the furry knoll in Dealey Plaza with aliens, while vowing to never watch the NBA again, or at least to not watch anytime in the next 30 minutes.
The poster "pacertom" since this forum began (and before!). I changed my name here to "Slick Pinkham" in honor of the imaginary player That Bobby "Slick" Leonard picked late in the 1971 ABA draft (true story!)

Wednesday I forgot there was a game and committed to going out to a bar with my gf and some friends.

"No problem, you guys just go ahead, I'll come after the game, have a beer and DD".

Then the collapse happened. I drove to the bar, my gf had been watching on the TV and was actually surprised I showed up.

I ended up forgoing the designated driving duties and ponied up for a cab...I needed to sing the Double Shot Long Island Blues that night.

Most losses I brush off as we are not going to go 82-0. But losses like on Wednesday take their toll. Normally I will sit in dead silence and don't move for a good five minutes. I either am able to let it go, or sometimes I will throw something, or smack a wall or something along those lines. Have never broken anything tho.
