Normally I'm pretty mellow after a Pacers loss.
But after the way I felt we were screwed out of a W last night, there are numerous size 12 footprints in kicked snow clumps along the fence of the PTO lot....

Depending on the loss, I'm usually fine. Last night infuriated me (I HATE KG AND PIERCE) do to the Pacers leading the whole way...then choking in a big, big way. However, the Clippers loss didn't upset me too much because the team fought back and simply lost.
Playoff games are different. I'm fuming until the next game. And if it ends the series, it usually just makes me sad. Haha
Depends on the loss.
If it's a "good" loss where we had good effort or the shots just weren't falling, I can just go about my evening.
If it's really bad I go into shutdown/distraction mode. I'll avoid sports media until I can read the Odd Thoughts from Peck. That usually helps me put it into perspective.
If there's no Odd Thoughts after a bad loss, I check myself into Arkham until the dark feelings pass.
If by screwed, you mean we screwed ourselves. I agree.
It depends on the game. After games last night or the IU game on Tuesday where my team clearly lets an inferior team off the hook, I usually obsess about it for several hours after the game. I lie in bed and think what a wasted opportunity it was to have Boston down by 14 and then you let them back in the game. Gross. Paul George is probably still shooting bad 3s.
The 1999 loss in game 3 when LJ converted the 4 point play was probably the toughest loss ever. I still remember the next day barely being able to function - luckily it was a Sunday. Pacers won game #4 and we were in good shape, but then lost game #5 at home when LJ hit a couple of threes from the corner to seal that win. That was a very tough series to take. Reggie didn't play well, he was outplayed by Houston and Camby was running wild. In fact I would say that was the toughest series loss I can remember.
Sleep is a wonderful remedy.

1. Pacers trade up for Justice Winslow
2. Take WCS or Stanley Johnson (this is the theory of a player falling); Make trades (Hibbert/West/others) for additional picks - George Lucas and Rakeem Christmas are players I'd love to have with a late first/early 2nd round
3. Trey Lyles

I stay away from the unstable, knee-jerk happy board that is pacers digest.
It depends on the type of loss. If it's a blow-out, I'm generally in a resigned state and just say "next game".
If it's a last-second loss, against a playoff team, in which we give up our first lead of hte night with 1:00 left in the game, and I make sure my kid is in bed.... I let loose with a lot of 4-letter words, complain a lot about "how the F do you give up a 10 point lead with 4 minutes left?", say things like "I hate the stupid f'n Celtics, Paul Pierce with his little laugh and saying we got this comin' on the court before they inbounded before their final bucket makes me hate him even more, the cocky *****er" and then my wife grabs the remote, changes the channel rather unceremoniously in a way that says "finally, now i can watch Bravo", and I go downstairs to my mancave and flush it out of my mind almost immediately, because I know that ultimately there's gonna be days like this, no matter how good you are.

Watched some old Colts games today (Manning era) hoping to get that yesterday's defeat completely out of my system.
I've found that whenever I'm fuming doing as many pushups as I can has worked. After a while, the exhaustion and soreness really help subside the anger and frustration. Plus it's great exercise!
Probably should have done those last night. Scott Agnes awarded me tix to the game on twitter, but I never saw I was selected Then Purdue managed to lose to Michigan even after being up as much as 12 I quickly turn back to FSI, thinking "well at least the Pacers will win"....

The Celtics loss actually got me pretty pissed off. The way we choked and let those *****es come back and win made me mad.

The Clippers loss at the time annoyed me, but the Celtics one I seriously wanted to throw something at my TV.
I usually just cry and ***** on here, and if it is a big game we lost, I definitely stay away from having ESPN on. When the Colts lost the Super Bowl to the Aints, I don't think I watched ESPN for a month.

Like many, I do find that X-Box is a good remedy.
I'm not nearly as obsessive over it as I used to be--where a Pacers loss pretty much ruined my evening.
But if it's a tough loss; I go through the game in my head and think about missed opportunities (missed layups, missed FT's, bad defensive rotations) trying to figure out how we lost....then I realize that sometimes we just lose. Unfortunately I rarely give credit to the other team and always feel like we "lost" the game for ourselves.
I find it that I CANNOT watch ESPN or any other games following a Pacers loss. Lol idk what it is, but I just havent been able to bring myself to do so.
I realize this team is so good, I dont even think twice about losses.
