Congrats to hicks. I was up double figures in gm 5 and my controller stopped responding. Lagged like 2 seconds on passes and shots. I went from up 12 to down 30 in 2 quarters. That's going to annoy me for a long time.
Still, he won 3 of the first 4 games with no issues, so it's not like I have room to complain.
I can do it any day this week besides Thursday if it starts after 5:30. I will be gone all weekend so that wouldn't work for me. I wouldn't put much stock in my choices anyway. I will most likely not be able to play the league. I am going to try but no promises.
I have been out of the loop for so long. How did Hicks even made the playoffs wasn't he like 1-10?
My preference is that we call it a year. I assume many people are going with NBA 2K14 in just 10 days. We wouldn't get another season in if we had another 10 weeks.
I've decided to get 2K14 for the 360 as well. It should still have a decent amount of value at gamestop in 2 months when Xbox One releases.
Frankly, we could easily get a full season of 2K14 in before XBox one comes out.
I think the season ended on a good note. Our worst player to start the franchise mode has become league champion in less than 6 months of real time. I think that's a good story. Rushing another season would be pointless. We'd never finish it.
We can just set a date for this league for those that still wanna play if someone doesn they can just exit the league no big deal but gives us that want to play something to do until the next console comes out
