We've been running plays (or at least trying to) all along. Sure, Vogel put some wrinkles in 15 or so games ago that seemed to help, but just as important is the fact that guys aren't breaking plays and are getting into the second option quickly if need be. It's all about proper execution, which incudes better screens.
Also, Lance, OJ, and GHill have been punching it up the court so that we're getting into our sets with 20-21 seconds left instead of 17-18 like at the beginning of the year. That makes a big difference.
Last, but not least - guys are making more of the open shots that we missed a ton of to start the year.
