    Default Jeff Saturday Interview with WRTV6

    Talks about returning to Lucas Oil and getting emotional during his video tribute on the jumbotron. Said he will sign a one day contract and retire a Colt.

    He's my wife's favorite player of all-time, she still talks about him. She says he has "pretty eyes" lol... she wears his jersey still. He really is a really good guy, and I'm glad he's remaining with the organization in some capacity.

    Kravitz recently interviewed Saturday:

    Saturday has just one regret from his career, and it’s a regret most of Indianapolis shares: The 2009 team didn’t pursue a perfect season.

    “That’s the only thing I wish we would have done differently,” Saturday said. “I was in favor of it, but obviously, I got out-voted (by management). When we pulled everybody and just let it go by the wayside and ended up losing (to the New York Jets), that was a great opportunity we had. As a player, perfection is the highest goal you can reach. And we were so close.”

    Of course the players would have been angered by that. They don't get that chance of a perfect season every year.
