Vitale is going to die on air. The guy is clearly not all together there and they keep rolling him out there.
He was ready to dole out sexual favors to Magic on air last night.

Did anyone notice back about mid January through early February he had clearly fallen on his face and gotten busted up? He had a big *** band aid on his nose and bruises on both eyes. Now I am saying this purely as just another human being, but when you are reaching the age when you are busting your *** that bad when you stumble, it's time to hang up the announcing stuff.

He apparently walked into a plate glass window or something. He's also blind in one eye, seriously.

Crazy we have the same 1-2-3. Ben McLemore to me is clear away the best prospect his jumper so the best I have see plus he has a motor physical tools ect. After that there are Noel and Victor clear and above the rest. Then about 10 players that have a really solid case and a total crap shoot right now. Marcus Smart to me is almost in the Victor and Noel class on projection and future prognosis I would have him next and finally Isaiah Austin kid is a elite rebounder with a great skill set. Need to be patient with him but I could see him going as high as 2 really gifted.
I haven't watched much of (anything other than highlights) of Marcus Smart. I'm excited to see him against Kansas tonight. I'll be interested to see if Smart and McLemore are matched up against each other much.

His jumper is my only real knock. He isn't a great athlete but good enough for his size.

I liken him to Rondo just in a sense he does everything on the floor. Terrific defender rebounder and is all over the place I love watching him play. He has done all this with a bad jump shot it needs work but if he ever gets a jumper he will be flithy at the next level. He is gonna be a matchup nightmare in the post just so smart and love how he plays.

Markell Brown is another kid from OK st I would consider drafting. late 1st early 2nd. Long athletic can shoot defend. I wouldnt reach on him by any means but if he would be a solid pick in the 2nd. Markell vs Ben will be a fun matchup both are fun guys to watch.

EDIT: Elijah Johnson really sucks so I expect Marcus to really play well. I think he was actually bench last game and they are going with a freshman now. Not sure if it was permanent but if it is can't blame Self dude has been awful.

BTW, would love to get Harris if he comes out and is around during our pick. Game has really slowed down for him.
Yeah but it looks like he's going top 10

I think it's safe to say this hasn't been the best game from either of them.

This game has been ugly all around but tie game with 30 seconds left lets see what they are made of.

But yes Smart, Brown, and Ben have all played bad.

Oladipo would be my pick but we would not go wrong with either if they actually fall to us.

No, he didn't. According to this link (http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/draft...p-30-prospects) he was 30th on Ford's Big Board as of February 14th. After the game last night it appears he has moved up to 17th.

While that obviously wasn't a very good game for him, I will say I was pretty impressed with Smart. He made one steal of an entry pass to Withey, that you could tell he read the play about 5 seconds before the passer even thought about passing it. He seems like a very, very "smart" player.

McLemore was awful. Passive. Unwilling to attack. He looked like a freshman. Very disappointing game from him. He didn't look like a #1 overall pick at all.

That was really his first bad game. I watched the KU-OhioState game and he was unbelievable. Aaron Craft could not guard him. He's definitely the best prospect in the draft

Ya no kidding in OT especially he was playing scared didnt want the ball. With that said one bad game isn't that big of deal it happens. Smart does that to you he will have a terrible stat sheet shooting wisem but still plays really solid and helps the team.

Absolutely. I still think I prefer Oladipo, but I would have no issues with McLemore going before him.

No issues for me either, but if it was a team I was rooting for I would want Oladipo.

Another thing I thought was interesting was that OSU has Smart on the low block to rebound during defensive free throws. I've never seen that from a PG before.

Wide body, good leaper. Oladipo sometimes end up on the low block for IU, not frequently but it happens.

Obviously there is a 0% chance this happens, but can you imagine the defensive terror a Paul George/Victor Oladipo wing tandem would create? Holy lord.
