Recap states that Sam Mitchell held KG back as well, and Latrell got a T.

I can see a ref like Anthony Jordan holding KG back. He looks pretty physical, though obviously much smaller than Garnett. Most every other ref wouldn't have a chance.

So what did Bonner do other than the foul to get ejected? That's just favoring the star(s) right there.

Well rcarey, the refs DID stop the actual player fight from escalating. They had no control over the fans.

I think the main agrument (at least by Pacers fans) is that is the refs take more control quicker, ala eject Wallace and maybe even Artest as soon as both teams circle on up, then the rest isnt able to happen
It's what I believe. If a vet. ref is there (think Joey Crawford, Steve Javie) they eject Ben almost if not immediately, tell each bench to sit their asses down, and get ready to inbound the ball again by the time the thought to lay on the table even enters Ron mind (if it does at all, w/o the benches grouping up, I doubt he does because he's not pinned near the table).

I saw the replay, and that didn't seem like a F2 to me.

Garnett is a lil *****...trust me! the dude punched out wally when he was on a trainers table getting attended to! He hit Rick Richert in the mouth for scoring on him!

Man, I love JO as much as the next guy, but I'm not about to say that he's better than KG.

Yes - many of us were upset that the officials allowed guys like Stephen Jackson to prolong the milling around in the situation in Auburn Hills. I think we're going to have to think twice about criticizing guys like Javie and Joey that are known to have quick triggers. Of course, they are two of my favorites, even when Joey throws Reggie out of a game in the first quarter in Altanta when Reggie is already sitting on the bench...
Why do the things that we treasure most, slip away in time
Till to the music we grow deaf, to God's beauty blind
Why do the things that connect us slowly pull us apart?
Till we fall away in our own darkness, a stranger to our own hearts
And life itself, rushing over me
Life itself, the wind in black elms,
Life itself in your heart and in your eyes, I can't make it without you
