    Heartbreaking finish.

At least we have a nice home stand to look forward to next month and we take advantage of being at home.

Defense and energy got us back into the game....but mental mistakes is what killed us in the end.

This is David West, he is the Honey Badger, West just doesn't give a *****....he's pretty bad *ss cuz he has no regard for any other Player or Team whatsoever.

Nope. Paul could file assault charges and that last foul wasn't even a foul.

Every one of those refs should be fined and or suspended.

NBA should fine itself for ruining its own product. Great finish to the game NBA!
"We've got to be very clear about this. We don't want our players hanging around with murderers," said Larry Bird, Pacers president.

Before that last Denver possession was there any doubt they were gonna score? Just that kinda season.

Paul got mauled and then Paul "fouled" Iggy in such a way that it didn't even affect his jump. Ridiculous.

It is so frustrating to have a loss come directly down to a beyond horrible call. No one else calls that ****. It really makes me think the Refs are on Denver ML when **** like that happens. ****ing unacceptable.

I cannot believe that they called that foul...

Seriously. I don't blame the refs, you know it. But that was..

    Just unimaginable.

I cannot commend on the game. Sorry.

I'm over his shooting % time for the team to stop making him the 1st-4th option make him the 5th and let him get his points on putbacks(usually on more than 1 try) and free throws.

Amen. He should be the 5th option not only with the starters but with the bench too( in case he played with them). Yeah, you heard me. In a line up consisted of DJ, OJ, Lance, Hans and Hibbert, I would want him to be the 5th choice. He is that bad this season.

    Mark Montieth ‏@MarkMontieth
Controversies aside, Pacers aren't deserving these road wins. Lack of execution on offense, no inside game.

    Jared Wade ‏@8pts9secs
Tough way to lose, but once again, whatever on the controversial ending. Played like trash for 24 straight minutes and let Denver run wild.

    I agree with this points.

    Doesn't matter how you win.

Bulls have won these type of games all year and that is the reason they are up 1.5 games on us.

While I agree, it doesn't excuse officiating like that.

Exactly. It's so stupid to hear those kind of excuses. Whatever happened before it doesn't change the fact it was a terrible call and it ignores the fact that the Pacers got back into it. Hate the 'forgive the refs because they don't DESERVE IT'. A bad call is a bad call... and if the score is tied/close THEY DESERVE IT.

    I agree with this points.

The flip side of that is that our opposition didn't really play any better. I can't talk for the Utah game, but I felt this game was fairly officiated until the final two possessions.

Denver played like they always plays.....the Pacers not showing up until the end of the game is not good.

Well, we held Denver to just under their season average while scoring 10 points more than our average. We were basically even in rebounding to the no. 1 team in the NBA, we shot 11 of 23 from 3 point range. We played well. The fact that their big run came in the ende of the third and ours came in the fourth is pretty irrelevant IMO.

At this point, he is what he is. Once you know what you have, it starts to also become as much on the teammates and coaches who choose to give him looks in the clutch as much as it's on him for being terrible on offense.
